A site that says who answers after hours
A broker with a breakdown at 9 p.m. needs to know if a person answers. The website should say the hours you really cover, the phone for those hours, and the email that keeps the thread. Motus will not paint a 24-hour desk on a company that goes home at five.
Hours are a fact
Write the days and the clock you answer. If a driver calls you and you call the broker back, say that, instead of '24/7 dispatch' as decoration. Towing companies and expedited carriers often do answer at night. A dry-van fleet that does not should not copy their sentence.
Put the night number above the fold if nights are real. Hide it and the night load goes to the carrier who did not hide it.
The mailbox for the morning after
After-hours calls still create paperwork. dispatch@ on your domain should hold the rate confirmation and the photos so the morning shift is not reading a personal text thread. If a second person covers nights, the mailbox can be shared. The domain stays the company's.
We connect the mailbox as part of the launch. A provider's seat fee is quoted first. We do not staff the night desk. The person who answers is yours.
Do not buy software by accident
A page with a phone number is a website. A board that assigns on-call drivers, escalates breakdowns, and logs check calls is software. If you need that board, ask for a scope. Starter ($274), Growth ($597), and Authority ($1,197) are the site.
An answering service you already pay can be named on the page if they really answer. We will not invent one.
- The hours a person answers
- The night phone, if there is one
- dispatch@ for the written trail
- A plain statement if you do not cover nights
- No fake 24/7 badge
The hours go on whichever package you buy. Expedited and towing companies usually need the night line in the header, which Growth has room for.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. The breakdown is on what a trucking website costs.

Questions
- Can you staff overnight dispatch?
- No. We publish the hours and the email. Your people, or a service you hire, answer the phone.
- What if we only answer until 6?
- Say until 6. A broker would rather know than reach a recording that claimed otherwise.
- Is a call center a website feature?
- Naming the number is. Hiring the center is not included.
- Will this forward to my cell?
- Mail and phone forwarding are set up the way you ask. We do not read the inbox.
