An email signature brokers can read
The signature is the last thing a broker sees on a rate confirmation. It should name a person, a direct phone, the company domain, and the USDOT or MC number if those numbers are yours. It should not look like a government notice.
The lines that earn a reply
Person, role, mobile, and the company email. Dispatch mail can still come from dispatch@ while the signature shows the human who sent it. A signature with six phone numbers and no name goes unanswered because nobody knows who is responsible.
Put the website on one line. If the USDOT and MC are real, put them in text. Do not typeset them inside a badge that resembles a federal mark. Do not add a row of social icons you never check.
What stays out
No Motus logo, no FMCSA seal, and no 'verified by' line we cannot stand behind. We are a private studio. Official registration remains motus.dot.gov. A slogan is optional. A disclaimer the length of a tariff is how a phone gets missed on a mobile screen.
Quotes and insurance limits do not belong in the signature unless your counsel told you to put a specific sentence there. We will paste a sentence you provide. We will not invent one.
Same identity on every mailbox
dispatch@, safety@, and billing@ should share the company block and differ by the role. A driver forwarding from a personal mailbox should not be the public face. The signature is part of the transportation launch, not a separate product with its own monthly fee.
If a mailbox provider charges a seat, that number is quoted before the mailbox is opened. The website prices stay $274, $597, and $1,197.
- Person and role
- Direct phone
- Company email on your domain
- USDOT and MC in plain text, only if they are yours
- One link to the website
The signature is included when we connect company email. You do not buy it as a fourth package.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. The breakdown is on what a trucking website costs.

Questions
- Can you put the FMCSA eagle in the signature?
- No. We will not use a government seal or imply a government endorsement.
- Should every driver have a company address?
- Public mailboxes first: dispatch, safety, billing. Add people when a real job needs a name. Do not open twenty seats to look large.
- Will you write a legal disclaimer?
- Only a sentence you or your counsel provide. We do not draft compliance language.
- Does the signature file my company official email with FMCSA?
- No. If that address needs to change on the registration, you change it on motus.dot.gov. We do not log in.
