A website that survives a factoring packet

A factor is not buying your website. They are checking that the company asking for an advance is the company on the authority. The site helps when the legal name, the phone, the domain, and the email all agree. Motus builds that site. We are not a factor, and we do not take a cut of invoices.

What usually has to match

The legal name on the site should match the name you gave the factor. A DBA is fine when it is your DBA and you show it as a DBA. A marketing name that appears nowhere else makes a clerk stop. The phone on the site should be a phone you answer. The email should end in your domain.

Your USDOT, if you print it, should be the one on the registration. We will not decorate it. We will not send the factor your Motus password, because we never ask for that password.

What we will not pretend

We will not write 'approved by factors' or list factor logos as if they endorsed you. If you have a real relationship you want named, you tell us the exact words. We do not promise faster funding, a lower reserve, or a credit decision.

Notice of assignment language belongs to the factor and your contract. We do not draft it. If your counsel gives us a sentence for the invoice footer, we can place it. That is not the homepage headline.

Billing email is the practical piece

billing@ on your domain is where invoice questions should go once you are funded or once you are not. Mixing that with dispatch mail is how a NOA gets buried under load offers. The mailbox is part of the launch. A provider seat fee is quoted first.

Starter at $274 is enough for a new authority whose packet is a site, a phone, and three mailboxes. Growth is for a fleet that also needs equipment pages. Neither package is a factoring product.

New authorities usually buy Starter ($274). The factor relationship stays between you and the factor.

The package

Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. The breakdown is on what a trucking website costs.

Questions

Can you introduce me to a factor?
No. We build the site and the company email. We do not broker funding.
Will a website get me approved?
No. Approval is the factor's decision. A mismatched name or a free inbox gives them a reason to pause. That is the problem the site solves.
Do you build invoice software?
Not inside the website package. If you need an invoicing tool, we scope it. We do not price it at $274.
Can the site hide that we are a new authority?
No. If the authority is new, the public record already says so. The site should not contradict it.
