A Google Business Profile that matches the trucking site
People search the company name, and they also search the trade plus the city. A Google Business Profile is the short public card: name, yard, phone, hours, and the link to the site. It should match the website. It is not a second, invented office.
One name, one phone, one yard
The profile name should be the name on the truck and on the site, not a keyword stuffed in front of the city. The phone should be the phone a dispatcher answers. The address should be the yard or the office you actually use. A mailbox shop you have never visited is how this gets the company suspended.
If you serve a region from one yard, say the service area in the profile and put the lanes on the website. Do not open a profile for every city you have driven through. Those extra profiles are the thing we will not build.
What the profile cannot do
A profile does not file your authority, raise a safety score, or place you on a load board. We do not sell Google ads inside the website packages, and we do not promise a position on the map. The website packages remain Starter $274, Growth $597, and Authority $1,197.
Photos should be your trucks, your yard, and your people if they agree. No government seal. No stock highway standing in for a fleet you do not have. Reviews, if you reply to them, get a reply from the company, not a script that pretends a customer said something they did not.
Connect it to the domain
The website button on the profile should open your domain. The email on the site should be that same domain. A profile that points at a free inbox, and a site that points at a different phone, looks like two companies.
If you already control the profile, we work with what is there. If you do not, the intake is where you say so. We will not ask you for a Motus or Login.gov password in order to edit a map listing.
- Legal name or DBA, matching the door
- The yard address you can receive a visitor at
- Click-to-call on the same number as the site
- Hours you actually answer, including nights only if you do
- A link to your domain, not a social page standing in for the site
Starter ($274) is enough when the profile and a five-page site need to agree. Growth ($597) fits a fleet with equipment photos and more than one service to show.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. The breakdown is on what a trucking website costs.

Questions
- Will this rank me first in my city?
- No. We set the profile up so the name, phone, and site agree. We do not promise a map position.
- Can I have a profile in every state I run?
- No. Use a service area on the real yard's profile, and use the website for lanes. Fake locations are not part of the work.
- Do you run Google ads?
- Not inside these packages. Ads are a separate conversation, with a budget you approve. The site price is the site price.
- What if the address is a home yard?
- Publish it only if you are willing to have it public. If you are not, say so and we will use the service-area approach Google allows, without inventing a storefront.
