How fast a trucking website can go live
Kickoff is within one business day of payment. Starter is live in about 5 to 7 business days. Growth is about 3 to 5. Those clocks start when we have the legal name, the phone, the domain decision, and the facts you want public. We do not publish a number you do not have yet.
What starts the clock
Stripe takes the package payment. The intake asks for the legal name, a phone, an email, the domain you want, the USDOT and MC if they are already yours, and notes about equipment and lanes. A vague 'make it look big' note does not start the clock. A clear description of the trucks does.
If the domain is not yours yet, we quote the registrar's fee before anyone buys it. That quote is not a delay we hide. If you already own the name, we use it.
What we will not rush
We will not invent a fleet count, a safety score, or years in business so the page can launch tonight. A new authority can say new. An owner-operator can say one truck. Those sentences launch just as fast as a boast, and they survive the first broker who looks you up.
Photos of the real truck are worth waiting a day for. If you do not have them, we launch with type and your phone, and we add the photos when you send them. We do not borrow another carrier's trailer.
Authority takes longer because the brand does
Authority ($1,197) is a custom brand, a quote or partner path, and written pages. It is the right buy for a broker or a multi-division company. It is not a faster Starter. If you need to be public this week and the story is simple, buy Starter ($274) or Growth ($597).
Custom software, a dispatch board, or a load board is not on this clock. Those are scoped. The website clock is the website.
- Payment and intake
- Domain decision, with any registrar fee quoted first
- Equipment, lanes, and the numbers that are already yours
- Photos if you have them
- One revision on Growth, tweaks on Authority as that package describes
Most new authorities buy Starter and are public in about a week. Fleets with photos ready usually buy Growth.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. The breakdown is on what a trucking website costs.

Questions
- Can it be live tomorrow?
- Not as a package promise. Kickoff is one business day. Starter is about 5 to 7 business days after we have the facts.
- What if my MC is not active yet?
- We can prepare the site. We will not print an MC number you do not have. Launch day can be the day the number is real.
- Do weekends count?
- The ranges are business days. A Friday payment does not mean a Monday launch unless the intake is already complete and the package allows it.
- Does email take extra days?
- Company email is part of the same launch. A mailbox provider's own setup time, if any, is said up front. We do not quote a seat price we have not checked.
