A log trucking website
Mills and loggers look for a truck that matches the wood and the road. The site should show the trailer, the region, and a person who answers early. Motus builds that site. We do not write timber permits, and we do not invent a tonnage.
The trailer and the wood
Log trailer, chip van, or the truck you run. Tree-length or cut-to-length, if those are your words. A photo from your landing or your yard, with permission if someone else's timber is in the frame. If you do not haul chips, do not leave chip language up because a template had it.
Off-highway work and highway hauls are different buyers. Say which you do.
Region, not a permit guide
Name the woods you run: a state, a mill shed, a kind of road. Pacific Northwest, the South, the Lakes, and northern New England are different businesses. Your page should sound like yours. We will not publish a how-to for permits, weight rules, or whose land the wood came from.
If you are a contract hauler for a landowner or a mill, say 'contract hauler' only when it is true, and do not imply you own the stumpage.
Early phone, plain email
Click-to-call first. dispatch@ for the written week. billing@ for settlements. Starter ($274) fits most log-truck companies. The domain should match the name on the door.
We do not build a scale-ticket system inside the website package.
- Trailer and wood, in your words
- The region you run
- A morning phone number

- No invented loads per week
Starter ($274) fits most log-truck companies with one story to tell.
The package

Questions
- Do you handle timber or overweight permits?
- No. We will not write permit instructions. Say that you arrange what you actually arrange, in a sentence.
- Can I name the mill?
- If you are comfortable and the relationship is real. We do not imply a contract you do not have.
- What about biomass or chips?
- Give them a section if you haul them. If you do not, leave them off.
- Is this heavy haul?
- Sometimes the dimensions overlap. Heavy haul on this site is the oversize-permit business. Use the page that matches the buyer.
