An LTL carrier website

LTL buyers want to know if you cover their lane and how to get a pickup. The site should name the terminals and the regions you run, and give them a phone. Motus will not draw a national transit map you cannot support.

Terminals you run

List the docks. A city with no dock is not a terminal, even if a partner line delivers there. If you interline, say you interline, and do not color those states as if your trucks ran them every night. Photos of your dock, your tractors, and your bill of lading only if the photo is yours.

Pickup cutoff, if you publish one, must be a cutoff you honor. If it changes by terminal, say it changes and put the number on the page.

Rates

A tariff you honor can be requested through a form. An instant zip-to-zip price you do not stand behind should not be on the site. Authority ($1,197) is the package when the brand and the quote path have to carry a sales conversation. Growth ($597) fits a regional carrier with a handful of terminals to explain.

We do not resell a rating engine inside the website package. If you need one integrated, that is scoped software.

Pickup email

pickups@ or dispatch@ on your domain. billing@ for claims paperwork and invoices, or a separate claims@ if a person actually watches it. Opening a mailbox nobody reads is worse than not having it. Seat fees are quoted first.

The website does not make you a national carrier. The regions do.

Regional carriers usually buy Growth ($597). A brand-led quote path is Authority ($1,197).

The package

Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. The breakdown is on what a trucking website costs.

Questions

Can you put every zip code on the site?
No. Name the service you actually sell. A zip-code page for places you do not serve is not part of the work.
Do you connect a rating API?
Not inside the website package. Ask for a software scope if that is the project.
What about claims?
A claims@ mailbox and a sentence about how to send documents, yes. A claims system is software.
Is parcel the same as LTL?
No. If you run parcels or final mile, say so separately. Do not use an LTL headline for a cargo van.
