A pilot car and escort website
Carriers hiring a pilot car want the states you run, the truck you escort with, and a person who answers. Motus builds that small site. We do not certify you with a state, and we do not write the permit.
States and the truck
List the states you are ready to run, not a highlight of the whole map. High-pole, steer car, or the service you sell, in your words. A photo of your escort vehicle. If you also haul, the heavy-haul page is the other story. This page is for the buyer who needs the car, not the trailer.
Hours matter. A car that does not answer at night should not wear a 24-hour line.
Certification is not a badge we draw
Some states credential escorts. If you hold a credential, you may say so in text you provide. We will not design a seal, and we will not tell you that a website makes you legal in a state. We will not publish a how-to for oversize permits or for running a pole.
Insurance limits, if you print them, come from you in writing. We do not round them up.
One inbox for dispatch
Carriers send the permit, the route, and the pickup time. dispatch@ on your domain is where that PDF should land. billing@ is the invoice. Starter ($274) is the right size for almost every pilot-car company. There is not a lot of brochure to write, and there should not be.
You own the site. We do not take a percentage of the escort.
- States you actually run
- The escort vehicle
- A phone that answers
- dispatch@ for the permit PDF
- No state seal and no permit guide
Starter ($274) fits a pilot-car company. The work is a clear story.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. The breakdown is on what a trucking website costs.

Questions
- Can you get me certified in a state?
- No. Credentials belong to you and that state. The site only repeats what you already hold, in your words.
- Will you plan the route?
- No. We do not provide route surveys or permit services. The site is how carriers find you.
- Can I list a maximum height I escort?
- Only a figure you give us. We do not invent a capability.
- Is this the heavy-haul page?
- No. Heavy haul is the truck. This is the escort. Companies that do both should say both.
