A power-only carrier website
Power only means the tractor is yours and the trailer usually is not. Shippers and carriers who need power already know the word. The site should say it in the headline, show the tractor, and give them a dispatcher to write. Motus will not dress a power-only company up as a fleet of trailers.
Say whose trailer it is
You pull drop-hook trailers for a carrier or a shipper. Or you do. The page should say which. A photo of a trailer you do not own, shot so it looks like your brand, is the mistake. Photograph the tractor. If a customer wants their trailer in the frame, get their permission and do not crop their name off to imply it is yours.
Teams, regions, and whether you will bobtail to the next hook are operational facts. Write the ones you mean. Leave the rest off.
The buyer is often another carrier
Power-only work is frequently sold to a carrier or a broker, not to a one-off shipper. The site can speak to that buyer: coverage area, how to send a rate confirmation, and the insurance path. It should not pretend you are the carrier of record for freight that is moving under someone else's authority. If some loads are under your authority and some are not, say both, in separate sentences.
We will not write 'preferred power pool for' a company that has not said so.
Dispatch email is the product
These relationships run on written tenders. dispatch@ on your domain, answered by a person. billing@ for settlements. The website packages are still $274, $597, and $1,197. A mailbox seat fee, if any, is quoted first.
Starter fits a one-tractor company. Growth fits a small fleet that wants the regions and the proof section spelled out.
- Tractors, not borrowed trailers
- Whose authority the freight moves under
- Regions you will run
- dispatch@ for the tender
- No implied exclusive contract
Most power-only carriers start at Starter ($274). Say one tractor if it is one tractor.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. The breakdown is on what a trucking website costs.

Questions
- Do I need my own authority to have this site?
- You need the site to match the truth. If you are leased on, say so. If you have your own authority, put your own USDOT on the page.
- Can you list the carriers I pull for?
- Only with permission and only as a fact, not as an endorsement badge.
- Is power only the same as a dispatch service?
- No. Dispatch services arrange trucks. Power only is the truck. If you do both, the site has to separate them.
- Will you promise a truck within an hour?
- No. The site tells people how to ask. You commit to the truck.
