A quote page that does not invent a rate
Shippers will ask for a rate. The website should take the facts a person needs in order to answer: origin, destination, dates, weight, and equipment. Motus builds that form. We do not publish an instant price the truck cannot honor.
Ask for the facts, then call
Origin and destination, ready date, weight or piece count, and the trailer. A phone number for the shipper. That is a serious form. A calculator that prints a dollar figure from a zip code is how auto-transport and hotshot sites got a bad reputation. If you want a priced calculator with rules you stand behind, that is scoped software or the Authority package's quote path, and we write the rules with you first.
Until then, quotes@ or dispatch@ on your domain receives the form. A person replies. The reply is the rate.
Different buyers, different forms
A broker tendering a truckload is not a family shipping a car, and neither is a contractor ordering a dump truck for Thursday. If you do more than one, give them more than one path. If you do only one, do not leave three menus up to look bigger.
Required fields should be short. A twelve-step form is how the shipper calls the next carrier. Click-to-call stays beside the form for people who will not type.
The rate is not a website feature
Starter ($274) and Growth ($597) include the form and the mailbox. Authority ($1,197) is where a custom quote path and written service pages belong, for a broker or a company with several divisions. None of the three includes a pricing engine that invents rates.
We also do not scrape load boards to 'show market rates' on your homepage. Those numbers are someone else's data, and they go stale.
- Origin, destination, and date
- Equipment and weight
- A way back to the shipper
- quotes@ or dispatch@ on your domain
- No automatic dollar figure
A carrier with one trailer type can take quotes on Starter. A broker with a real quote path usually needs Authority ($1,197).
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. The breakdown is on what a trucking website costs.

Questions
- Can the form give an instant rate?
- Not as a made-up number. If you have a tariff you honor, we can talk about a calculator as scoped work. The default is a person replies.
- Where do the leads go?
- To the company email we connect, and through the form on your site. We do not sell the leads to other carriers.
- What about a customer login?
- A portal is software. It is not included in the website package.
- Is a phone number enough?
- For towing and some local work, yes. For truckload, the form catches the details the phone call forgets.
