A school bus contractor website
Districts and private schools look up the contractor before they call. The site should show the buses, the area, and a person in the office. Motus builds that site. We do not publish student names, and we do not claim a district contract you do not have.
Buses and the area
Home-to-school, activity trips, or charter, only for the work you do. A photo of your buses. The counties or districts you serve, named only when you are willing to say them. If you are bidding and do not yet hold the work, say that you serve private schools or charters you actually serve, and do not imply the bid is won.
A routing system that builds stops is software. It is not the $274 site and it is not the $597 site. Driver recruiting can be a page, with an application email, without a placement-rate claim.
No student data
Do not put rosters, photos of children, or stop lists on a public site. A parent page, if you need one, can say how to reach the office. It should not be a tracker of kids. If a district requires a private portal, that is scoped software with an agreement, not a marketing extra.
We will not use a school district's seal. Your name and your buses are the brand.
Office email
office@ or dispatch@ on your domain for the transportation director. recruiting@ if you are hiring drivers. The phone remains first. Starter ($274) fits a small contractor. Growth ($597) fits a company explaining home-to-school and charter as two paths.
We do not file a USDOT for you. If you have a number and want it in text, give it to us.
- Your buses, photographed
- The area you actually serve
- No student names and no stop lists
- An office email on your domain
- No district seal and no invented contract
Small contractors start at Starter ($274). Two lines of business usually need Growth ($597).
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. Company email on your domain is part of a transportation launch. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. The breakdown is on what a trucking website costs.

Questions
- Can parents track the bus on the site?
- Not as part of the website package. A tracking product is scoped software, and it has to be appropriate for student data. We will not bolt a public map onto a marketing site.
- Will this win a district bid?
- No. A website does not award a contract. It is what the district reads before they call.
- Do you write the driver application?
- We can place an application form that emails recruiting@. We do not claim a hiring or placement rate.
- Is charter the same as a charter bus company?
- If groups and trips are a real division, give them a path. The charter-bus page is for companies whose buyer is a group, not a school contract.
