By purchasing or using Motus Website services you agree to these terms. Packages are one-time project fees unless otherwise stated. Year-1 hosting is included on listed packages; thereafter hosting renews at the then-current rate (currently referenced as $150/yr) unless canceled.

You retain ownership of your content and the delivered website files subject to full payment. You are responsible for the accuracy of USDOT/MC and business information you provide. Timelines (e.g., 5–7 business days) are estimates and depend on timely intake, assets, and feedback.

Motus Website is a private commercial service and is not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT, or motus.dot.gov. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or regulatory filing services. Official Motus: https://motus.dot.gov.
