A funded-trader site that refuses to print the split at midnight.

At midnight a trader writes about a payout and hits a page that should already have refused to print the split. Payouts@ can receive the question and point to the firm's own notice. It cannot confirm that anyone is paid. Traders@ handles an evaluation question without teaching the test. Risk@ handles a limit already set. Scaling stays in the firm's document. A funded account is a relationship the firm already offers, not a studio product.

Midnight mail about a payout request

The midnight page has one job: do not show a percent. Payouts@ is named, with the hours it is actually read, so a trader knows the note waits. The fields are the account id the firm issued and the date of the notice the trader is asking about. No box for expected dollars. Risk@ is not the payout desk. Traders@ is not either. A trader who needs a rule quoted back can be pointed to the document, not to a freshly typed split.

Say plainly that being on a funded account, in the firm's vocabulary, is not a statement that a withdrawal has cleared. The page will not promise that anyone is paid, on any schedule. If the firm has a status inside its own portal, the site can say look there, without mirroring the numbers. Support is not an inbox on this desk. Questions that are really platform issues still go to traders@ unless the firm has named another box. Do not invent a fourth address.

The page refuses to print any split

Splits are the sentence this page was built to refuse, and the layout follows. No table of percentages, no calculator, no example trader. Payouts@ replies, when a human is in, by pointing at the notice. Traders@ does not compete with a friendlier number. Risk@ does not bargain with the share, and the page should not imply that bargain exists. If a marketer wants the number large, the number stays in the document behind a login the firm controls.

Evaluation questions at midnight are usually anxiety, not a new policy. Traders@ can say where the firm's rules are and when a person reads mail. It cannot walk through a way to pass or reset. The futures prop page and the FX prop page are separate if the firm runs them. A funded account question that is really about a futures rule belongs on that other page, linked, not answered with a payout percent here.

Scaling stays inside the firm document

If the firm uses scaling, the public site says only that the word is defined in the trader's document. It does not print the steps or the conditions. Traders@ can send the document to a person the firm already recognizes. Risk@ can say whether a limit on file matches what the trader sees. Neither inbox publishes a new rung on the website. A rung on the website becomes an offer by morning.

A funded account mentioned in a headline still needs a sober next line: the firm defines it, the studio does not sell it, and payouts@ will not confirm money moved. Evaluation remains a separate word so traders do not think a funded label means they skipped the firm's process. Risk@ stays available for limit questions that are not withdrawal questions. Three clean verbs beat a testimonial. The page does not invent a trader who got paid.

Authority fits a funded-trader brand that must let payouts@ answer at the firm's own hours without a split, a scaling ladder, or a promise anyone is paid.

Motus does not fund traders and does not promise that anyone is paid. We will not publish a payout percentage, a scaling plan, or a challenge price.

Questions

What should happen when midnight trader mail asks about getting paid?
The page should already lack a percent. Payouts@ is named with real hours, and the fields are an account id and a notice date, not an expected dollar amount. The reply points at the firm's notice. It does not confirm that anyone is paid.
Where does a funded account question go when the split is absent?
Traders@ if it is about evaluation or rules, payouts@ if it is about a notice the trader already has, and risk@ if it is about a limit. None of those boxes types a split back onto the public site. A funded label is not proof that money moved.
Who reads a scaling question on a funded trader website?
Traders@ sends the firm's document to a person the firm recognizes. The site does not print steps or conditions. Risk@ can check a limit on file against what the trader sees and still not publish a new rung. Scaling stays inside that document.
Can a trader page on this desk promise that any person is paid?
No. Not on a schedule, not as a testimonial, and not by mirroring a portal balance. Payouts@ will not confirm that money moved. Evaluation is a separate word so a funded label is not mistaken for a skipped process. The studio funds nobody.
