Property searchers arrive with an address, a building type, or a company they might sell. The desk's site should say which of those it actually handles. Motus will not publish a listing, a price, or a promise that a deal closes.
You already hold whatever license your state requires, or you do not take the work. We do not get the license for you. If a number belongs on the site, you give it to us in writing. A headshot and a city are yours. We do not invent a team in a market you do not serve.
Homes, warehouses, hotels, land, and operating companies attract different visitors. A family buying a house and a fund buying a net-lease building should not fill out one form. Split the path. Put the document request on the inbox that actually reads documents.
Packages are Starter ($274), Growth ($597), and Authority ($1,197), and the charge is not monthly. The first year of hosting is included. Later years are $150. Domain registration and mailbox seats are quoted first, by the providers who charge them.
A 1031 page is not tax advice. A REIT page is not a securities offering. A timeshare page is not an exit promise. Those limits are on the desk pages, in plain language.
Homes and stays
Residential sales, luxury homes, timeshares, and property management. The site shows the work the desk does. It does not advertise a specific house, and it does not promise a timeshare owner a way out.
Buildings
Commercial, industrial, office, retail, multifamily, hotels, net lease, parking, and self-storage. Name the asset types you transact. Leave the rent roll off the public page unless the owner gave you that page in writing.
Land and companies
Land, farms and ranches, business sales, mergers, franchises, REITs, and 1031 exchanges. Motus does not value a company, solicit an investor, or say a tax result will happen.
