A borrower searching for a mortgage desk, and a treasurer searching for equipment finance, are not looking for the same form. They are also not looking for a rate we invented. The site has one job: show what that desk already arranges, and where a human reads the question.
Motus builds the page and the mailboxes. We do not take an application, pull a credit file, or fund anyone. An APR, a point, a factor rate, and the word approved stay off the page unless you are quoting your own offer in a document you accept responsibility for. Even then, we would rather the page ask for a conversation.
Credit sites go wrong by promising speed. Fast is not a term. The honest page names the collateral, the borrower type, and the inbox that receives a package. A second inbox should catch the documents, so a term sheet does not bury a title question.
A mortgage desk and a hard-money desk pay the same studio prices. Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197, each one time. First-year hosting is in the package. After that, hosting is $150 a year. Mailbox and domain fees are quoted before they start. There is no retainer.
We do not acquire a branch in the city named on your loan file. Your license, if you print it, is a number you already have. We do not obtain it.
Property loans
Home mortgages, commercial mortgages, reverse mortgages, hard money, and bridge loans. The page can name the property types the desk already works. It cannot say a buyer is preapproved, and it cannot call a reverse mortgage suitable for anyone.
Business credit
SBA, business loans, equipment, invoices, merchant cash advances, mezzanine, asset-based lines, syndicated loans, venture debt, and trade credit. Motus does not file an SBA package, quote a factor rate, or promise a government guarantee.
People, vehicles, and settlements
Auto loans, student loans, personal loans, a general loan desk, aircraft finance, marine finance, and debt settlement. No forgiveness promise, no payment-reduction promise, and no instruction to stop paying a creditor.
