A futures site that keeps the statement off the signup form.
A monthly statement lies next to a new-account form, and they are not the same object. The statement question is about a contract month, a figure the client already sees, or a missing file. That mail belongs at statements@. A new account belongs at futures@. Margin questions belong at margins@ and the page will not promise margin terms. Nobody on this site places an order.
A statement on the desk is not a signup
Give the statement its own address and its own sentence. The client includes the account, the contract month, and what looks wrong. Statements@ reads that. Futures@ should not be copied unless the client is also asking to open something new. A combined form will bury a missing file under an application. Say how the firm delivers statements today, in the firm's words, so the page does not invent a portal it does not operate.
Margin mail is a third pile. A client asking why a requirement changed writes margins@, and the reply path described on the page is a person reviewing the firm's own notice. The page does not state the requirement, a financing charge, or a special deal. New applicants do not get a margin quote on the signup screen. If the firm publishes a schedule in a customer agreement, link the agreement. Do not retype the grid.
Contract month questions need their own path
A contract month is an identifier, not a trade idea. The page can tell a client to write the month as printed on the statement and to send the note to statements@. It cannot suggest rolling, spreading, or adding. Futures@ is for people who do not yet have a statement. Mixing those audiences produces advice-shaped mail the firm did not mean to invite. Keep the examples clerical.
Margins@ enters when the month in question changed a requirement, not when the client wants a forecast. Say that in the button label. Orders are not accepted by webmail. If an existing client needs a person, the page can name the phone hours the firm already staffs and say the call is a conversation, not an order ticket. The commodity futures page is a different desk if the firm runs one. Link it without merging the forms.
Margin terms stay off this public page
Leave the grid in the customer agreement. A homepage table of margins goes stale and reads like an offer. Margins@ can acknowledge a question and point to the notice the firm already sent. Futures@ can say that margin terms are set in the agreement, not in a chat. No initial figure, no maintenance figure, and no example with a contract size belongs at the top. The absence is the point.
Statements@ will not calculate a what-if. A client who asks what happens if the month moves is asking for something this page does not do. The reply described on the site is a pointer back to the statement and, if needed, a human at margins@ who can explain the firm's notice. Explanation of a notice is not a new term. Applicants reading futures@ should see the same refusal before they send documents.
Growth fits a futures desk that must route statements@, margins@, and futures@ apart so a contract month question never becomes an order.

Questions
- Where does a futures statement question go if it is not a new account?
- Statements@ gets the account, the contract month, and what looks wrong. Futures@ is for opening, not for a missing file. The page should say how the firm delivers statements today without inventing a portal. A combined form buries the file under an application.
- Who reads a futures contract month question on this desk?
- Statements@ reads it as an identifier from the statement, not as a trade idea. Margins@ joins only when that month changed a requirement. The page will not suggest rolling or adding. Orders are not accepted through the site.
- What margin language has to stay off a futures homepage?
- Initial figures, maintenance figures, and any sample built from a contract size. Those live in the customer agreement if the firm publishes one. Margins@ can point to a notice already sent. The signup screen at futures@ does not quote a term.
- Can a futures website place an order for the person writing in?
- No. Webmail is not an order ticket. The page may list phone hours the firm already staffs and call that a conversation. It may not accept a contract month as an instruction to trade. This studio does not place the order either.
