A structured-note site that deletes the words principal protected.

Principal protected is the sentence a note homepage should delete before anything else is designed. The firm can name the note types it already distributes. It can tell a reader to request the term sheet from documents@. It cannot draw a payoff, and it cannot call a barrier a safety feature. Notes@ takes the product question. Advisors@ takes the household that already has an agreement. The issuer stays named as the issuer, not as a promise.

Principal protected is the wrong sentence

Delete it even if a term sheet uses friendlier marketing somewhere inside. The homepage is not the place to soften a barrier. Say the opposite of comfort: the reader must read the term sheet, and documents@ will send the one the firm is allowed to share. If the firm does not have the sheet, the page says so. A paraphrase that skips the risk section is how a site invents safety.

Notes@ can list the categories the desk already distributes, using the nouns printed on the firm's own confirmations. Stop at those names. Do not add a diagram under the list. Advisors@ does not turn the list into a reason for a stranger to buy. The list is a coverage statement. Anyone hoping for a recommendation is outside what this page will pretend to do.

Name only the notes the firm distributes

A shelf the firm does not distribute should not appear as a teaser. If the desk handles notes from specific issuers, name those issuers and stop. The issuer's identity matters because the reader's credit question is about that company, not about a generic structure. Documents@ can attach the term sheet for a named issuer. It should not attach a hypothetical sheet the studio composed. We do not design payoffs.

Barrier language, if the firm must use the word, stays tied to the sheet. The page can say a barrier is defined in the term sheet and that documents@ will send it. The page cannot say the barrier protects anyone. Advisors@ may discuss a holding only inside the agreement the firm already has. A public page that translates a barrier into comfort is doing product design, which is not the work this studio sells.

Term sheets go to the documents inbox

Make the request path dull and specific. The reader selects the issuer, the note name, and the date of the sheet if they have it. Documents@ replies with the file or with a clear no. Notes@ is not the attachment bin. A product question without a document can stay at notes@ so the file queue stays clean. Write that split above the form in words a tired reader can use.

Do not host a calculator that turns a barrier into a picture of outcomes. That is payoff design, even if the inputs are blank. Link the issuer's own document when the firm has the right to link it. If the right is missing, offer documents@ and wait. Advisors@ can be copied when the household already holds the note and needs the same file for a meeting. Copying is not the same as advising a stranger.

Authority fits a structured-note desk that must publish a documents@ path for term sheets and keep barrier language from turning into a safety claim.

Motus does not design a payoff or say a note is safe. The site can name the types the firm already distributes, in the firm's words.

Questions

Why is principal protected the wrong structured note sentence?
It sells safety the term sheet may not support. Delete it. Documents@ can send the sheet the firm is allowed to share, and the reader has to read it. A softer paraphrase that skips the risk section invents comfort this page will not add.
Which structured products can the homepage list by name?
Only types the firm already distributes, in the nouns on its own confirmations. Name the issuers the desk actually uses and stop. A teaser for a shelf the firm does not handle is a false door. The list is coverage, not a suggestion to buy.
Where should a barrier term sheet request be delivered?
Documents@ delivers the file or a clear refusal. The reader should include the issuer, the note name, and a date if they have one. Notes@ keeps product questions that have no attachment. The page does not redraw the barrier as a chart.
Who remains responsible for issuer facts on this note page?
The firm, using the term sheet and the issuer's own document. This studio does not compose a hypothetical sheet or design a payoff. Advisors@ may discuss a note a household already holds, inside the firm's agreement, and not as a public recommendation.
