An LNG site that catches an overnight cargo window.
When a cargo window arrives overnight it dies in a generic info box, and the ship side never sees it. shipping@ has to be the address on the page for that window, with lng@ named for the commercial note and clients@ for a company that already works with the desk. The page still must not offer the cargo, name a hire, or pretend Motus controls a terminal.
An overnight cargo window has an address
A window that lands at 2 a.m. is still a window. If the only published address is info@, shipping@ never sees the dates, and the commercial team sees a note it cannot act on. Put shipping@ in the header, not only on a contact page three clicks down. Name lng@ beside it for commercial talk and clients@ for a company that already has a file with the desk.
The form for shipping@ should ask for the window dates, the terminal name the firm already uses, and whether the note is a question or a correction. It should not ask for a price and it should not present a button labeled book. Say, in one line under the form, that submitting a window does not offer a cargo and does not reserve anything. Motus will not sit on the phone with a port.
What the page refuses to offer
Refuse three things in public: a cargo, a price, and any hint that Motus controls a terminal or a ship. The firm may describe, in its own words, the kinds of windows it already discusses. Those words stay descriptive. They do not become an invitation to lift. If a sentence could be read as an offer, cut it. A website that looks like a trading screen is the wrong object for this studio to build.
Also refuse a live ship map that implies the desk is the carrier. A list of terminals the firm named is enough, each one tied to shipping@ rather than to a fantasy of ownership. clients@ can receive a slower company question that is not a window. Do not let that mailbox auto-reply with a rate. There is no rate on this page because Motus will not invent one and the firm should not look as if we did.
Terminal talk without a cargo offer
If the firm names a terminal, write it as a place the parties already mention, not as a facility Motus runs. Pair the name with the instruction to send the window to shipping@. A visitor who only wants a brochure can read lng@ as the commercial door. Nobody should leave the page thinking a cargo was listed for sale. There is no cargo list. There is a mail path.
Overnight coverage is a sentence, not a promise from this studio. Say which hours a person at the firm reads shipping@. If nobody reads it on weekends, say that, so a Friday window is not assumed to be seen. Motus can put the sentence on the page. Motus cannot staff the night shift or call a terminal. The firm already has whatever coverage it has. The site only stops hiding it.
Growth fits an LNG desk that receives cargo windows at shipping@ overnight, while lng@ stays commercial, and the page still refuses to offer the cargo.
Motus does not buy or sell a commodity, quote a price, or arrange a physical delivery.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use lng@, shipping@ and clients@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Questions
- Where does an overnight LNG cargo window actually go?
- shipping@ receives the window, including the dates and the terminal name the firm already uses. lng@ is the commercial note. clients@ is a company that already works with the desk. Sending the window does not offer a cargo. Motus will not price it or call a port.
- Does the LNG page offer a cargo to visitors?
- No. The page names inboxes and may describe the kinds of windows the firm already discusses. It does not list a cargo, a hire, or a price. A form submits mail to the firm. Motus does not lift, sell, or reserve anything because a visitor wrote in.
- Who should read shipping@ when a window is short?
- A person at the firm, during the hours the page states. If weekends are unread, the page should say so. Motus does not staff overnight coverage and does not forward the note to a terminal. The mailbox exists so the window is not lost in a generic info box.
- What terminal wording is safe on an LNG site?
- Name a terminal only when the firm supplied the name, and pair it with shipping@ rather than with a claim of ownership. Do not draw the facility as ours. Motus has no terminal. The safe sentence is that parties who already discuss that place can send a window question to the firm.
