A natural gas site that shows who nominates.

A utility scheduler and a producer do not nominate the same way, and the homepage has to show that split before either person writes. The utility question about a city-gate pipeline belongs with gas@ only if the firm says so. A producer asking about a basin nomination should see scheduling@ named in the first screen. Motus builds that page. Motus does not put gas on a pipe.

Two nomination paths on one site

Utility staff tend to write about a city gate, a burn day, and whether the pipeline name on their sheet matches a name the firm already uses. Put that path under gas@ if the firm wants commercial eyes on it, and say so in the label, not only in a footer. A producer in a basin is asking a different question, often about whether a nomination was accepted. Do not make those two people share a subject line.

Show a short list of pipelines and basins the firm actually works, written by the firm, not guessed from a map. If a name is missing, the form should say the desk does not handle it, rather than collecting a lead the desk will ignore. No index price, no basis quote, and no sentence that Motus will deliver molecules. The buttons submit mail. They do not confirm a nomination.

Pipeline and basin in plain words

Use the words the counterparties use. If the desk says pipeline and basin, the page should say pipeline and basin, not a metaphor about molecules finding a home. Define a nomination in one sentence: it is the request the parties already exchange, and the website only shows which mailbox should receive a question about one. Do not teach a person how to fill a pipeline form the firm does not control.

A map can be a simple list of names. It should not be a drawing that implies Motus operates a pipe or a hub. Hours matter more than a graphic. Say when a person reads scheduling@ on a cycle day, and say what happens if the note arrives after that. A late nomination question is still a question for the firm, not a task this studio will perform.

Which inbox receives the nomination

Label gas@ as commercial, scheduling@ as the nomination path, and clients@ as the existing-company path. Three labels in the menu beat one form with a dropdown nobody trusts. Repeat the labels beside the addresses. A producer who bookmarks only the homepage should still see scheduling@ without scrolling through a manifesto. Keep the manifesto off the page.

If both a utility and a producer write the same week, the subject lines should make the split obvious to the person answering. Ask the form to collect role, pipeline, and basin, and leave price off the form entirely. Motus will wire the mailboxes on the firm's domain. Motus will not log into a pipeline bulletin board, confirm a cycle, or speak for the desk.

Starter fits a natural gas desk whose site only needs gas@, scheduling@, and clients@ labeled in public, so a basin nomination is not lost in a contact form built for a newsletter.

Motus does not buy or sell a commodity, quote a price, or arrange a physical delivery.

The package

Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use gas@, scheduling@ and clients@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Send intake or see all three packages. Transportation companies still start at trucking websites.

Questions

Where should a natural gas nomination be sent?
A producer asking about a basin nomination should use scheduling@. A utility writing about a pipeline in commercial terms should use gas@ if that is the split you publish. clients@ is for a company you already know. Motus does not submit the nomination.
Does a natural gas page quote an index?
No. The page can list pipelines and basins the firm gave you in writing. It cannot show an index, a basis, or a city-gate number. Motus does not sell gas and does not move it. A visitor who wants a price has to hear that from the desk, not from this studio.
What belongs on the pipeline list visitors see?
Only names the firm actually works. A missing pipeline should be a sentence that says so, not a silent form that still accepts the lead. Add the hours scheduling@ is read on a cycle day. Leave every price field off that list.
Who answers clients@ on a gas desk site?
A person at the firm, not Motus. clients@ is the path for a company that already has a relationship and does not need the nomination form. The site should say that in the label. We connect the mailbox. We do not staff it or reply as the desk.
