A custody site for the administrator who brought a checklist.
A diligence checklist rests on the administrator's desk, not a request for a fresh wallet. Diligence@ is that door. Operations@ is for a client the firm already has. Clients@ is the relationship contact. The page can use the words qualified custodian only in the firm's own sentence, and it can point to an attestation the firm already publishes. It will not explain keys, and it will not hold the visitor's assets.
A diligence list rather than a wallet
Open on the checklist the administrator actually uses. The page lists the topics the firm will answer: existence of controls, the attestation it already shares, and the legal name on the engagement. It does not list steps for storing an asset or moving one. Diligence@ receives the checklist and the fund name. A person asking to park personal assets is in the wrong room, and the page should say that before the upload button.
Operations@ handles a client that has already signed. A broken report, a missing file, a change of contact: those are operations. They are not a second diligence queue. Clients@ handles the relationship note that is not a questionnaire. Three addresses stop a fund administrator, an auditor, and a day-to-day client from sharing one subject line. Say the hours diligence@ is read. A weekend upload is not a completed review.
Qualified custodian language stays the firm's
If the firm is a qualified custodian under a regime it can name, it supplies the sentence and the citation. The studio does not upgrade a noun. If the firm is not that thing, the page does not hint at it with a nearby phrase. Attestation links, when they exist, go to the document the firm already stands behind, with the date. A badge without a document is advertising. Diligence@ can send the file. It cannot invent a new conclusion.
Clients@ should not be asked to interpret the attestation for a prospect. That reading is diligence@. Operations@ should not be asked either. Put a single link labeled for questionnaire work. People doing vendor reviews are trained to look for that word. Give it to them. Do not also give them a retail create-wallet button on the same screen. The crypto firm page, if the firm has one, is where eligibility for other services lives.
Attestation requests stay with diligence mail
An attestation request names the report, the period, and the party who needs it. Diligence@ answers with the existing report or with a no. Operations@ answers when a current client cannot see a report they were already promised in an agreement. Those are different facts. The page should not offer to generate a custom comfort letter. Comfort letters are how a website drifts into an opinion the firm did not sit down to write.
No section of this page explains how assets are secured, moved, or recovered. A firm that wants a security narrative supplies its own reviewed paragraph, and even then it stays a description of the firm's program, not a lesson. The studio will not expand it. Clients@ can schedule a call the firm already offers to engaged clients. A stranger does not get the call merely by uploading a logo. Holding assets for the visitor is not a service this website sells.
Authority fits a custody firm whose buyers arrive with a diligence list, need qualified custodian language kept intact, and use diligence@ rather than a wallet button.
Motus does not hold assets or write a key-management guide. If the firm already offers lawful custody, the site may say so in the firm's words and name the inbox for a diligence question.

Questions
- Who shows up with a custody diligence list instead of a wallet request?
- A fund administrator or an auditor, and diligence@ is their door. The page lists controls, the attestation the firm already shares, and the legal name. It does not list storage steps. A person hoping to park personal assets is told this is the wrong room.
- Where does a qualified custodian question go on a custody website?
- Diligence@ answers from the firm's own sentence and citation, or it says the firm is not that thing. The studio does not upgrade the noun. An attestation, if one exists, is the document already published, with its date. A badge alone is advertising.
- What attestation path does a crypto custody site actually name?
- The existing report, requested through diligence@ with the period and the party who needs it. Operations@ is only for a current client who cannot see a report the agreement already promised. The page does not offer a custom comfort letter or a new conclusion.
- Will a custody page explain how client assets are held or moved?
- No. Key handling and movement stay out of the copy. A firm may supply its own reviewed paragraph about its program, and the studio will not expand it into a lesson. This website does not hold the visitor's assets or open a wallet.
