A prime brokerage site that shows what onboarding actually contains.

Every fund will be accepted is the sentence to cut from this homepage. Onboarding@ receives a pack, and the page says what that pack contains and who reads it. Capital@ is not a promise of credit. Operations@ is for a hedge fund that is already on. Stock loan questions are a subject line, not an offer of securities. It cannot tell a stranger the door is open, and it cannot say assets will be held.

Every fund accepted is the wrong claim

Replace the welcome with the gate. Name the kinds of hedge fund clients the firm already takes, using the firm's categories, and say that others are not invited by this page. Onboarding@ lists the documents in the pack: formation papers the fund already has, the people who control it, and the questions the firm asks every time. The list is a checklist, not a score. Capital@ does not preview a balance. A stranger reading the list has not been accepted.

Operations@ begins after a fund is on, and the page should say begins after. A mid-life question about a report, a contact, or a stock loan already in place goes there. It does not go to onboarding@ to be treated as a new mandate. Stock loan on this screen means the firm may discuss loans it already runs, under agreements it already uses. It does not mean the website will locate a lender or promise a rebate on borrowed shares.

What the onboarding pack actually contains

Be specific and boring. The pack contains the documents the firm always asks a hedge fund for, named in ordinary words, plus the inbox that receives them. Onboarding@ confirms the file arrived. It does not confirm the fund is approved. Say the business days a person takes to look, if the firm knows that number, and say the number is a look and not a decision. Capital@ stays out of the receipt mail.

Who reads it should be a role, not a first name the studio invented. If a committee reads the pack, say a committee. If one operator reads it, say that. Hedge fund teams expect this candor and distrust a stock photo of a trading floor. There is no floor here. The FX prime page is a different credit conversation. The wealth page is not a substitute onboarding for a fund. Link them only as neighbors.

Stock loan questions are not credit offers

Label the subject. A stock loan question from a fund already on goes to operations@ with the agreement date and the security as the firm records it. A stock loan question from a fund not yet on goes to onboarding@ only as part of the pack, not as a standalone borrow request. Capital@ is for financing conversations the firm is willing to have, and the page says those conversations are not approvals. No rate, no availability list, no locate.

Custody is the other temptation. Do not say the firm will hold the assets unless the firm's counsel has approved that exact sentence, and even then keep it in the firm's words with the limits they wrote. The studio will not add comfort. Operations@ can tell an existing hedge fund where a report is. It cannot say the visitor's assets are safe with us, because they are not with us. This website holds nothing.

Authority fits a prime brokerage that must show the onboarding pack, keep capital@ from sounding like credit, and route stock loan mail without a custody promise.

Motus is not a broker-dealer, adviser, or trading venue. We do not promise a return, quote a market, or say a visitor is approved to open an account.

The package

Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use capital@, operations@ and onboarding@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Questions

Why is every fund accepted the wrong prime brokerage sentence?
Because the firm already turns some funds away, and the homepage should not unsay that. Onboarding@ lists the pack and confirms arrival, not approval. Capital@ does not preview a balance. A stranger with the checklist has not been accepted.
What does a prime brokerage onboarding pack actually contain?
The documents the firm always asks a hedge fund for, named in ordinary words, sent to onboarding@. Formation papers and the people who control the fund belong on that list if the firm asks for them. The list is a checklist. It is not a score and not a yes.
Where does a stock loan question go if the fund is not on yet?
Into the onboarding pack, not as a standalone borrow request. A fund already on writes operations@ with the agreement date and the security as the firm records it. No rate and no availability list go on the page. The site will not locate shares.
Who reads a hedge fund financing note without granting credit?
Capital@ reads the note if the firm is willing to have the conversation, and the page says the conversation is not an approval. Operations@ does not negotiate it. Nothing here promises custody or says the visitor's assets are held by this studio.
