An OTC site that describes the talk and hides the price.
A live OTC price is the sentence that has to leave this homepage. What belongs here is the counterparty conversation the firm already has: what a bilateral trade means in the firm's glossary, and which desk settles it. Trading@ takes a relationship that already exists. Compliance@ takes the question of whether a new counterparty can even be considered. Settlements@ takes the match and the date.
A live price is the wrong sentence
Remove the ticker, the flashing figure, and any sentence that says the market is at a level. A bilateral market is a conversation between counterparties the firm already accepts, not a screen for the public. Trading@ can confirm that a relationship exists and can name the hours a person answers. It cannot send a price back through the website. Compliance@ is the door for a firm that wants to know if it can become a counterparty. The answer on the page is that the review happens offline.
Settlement follows the conversation. It does not lead it. Settlements@ wants the trade reference the firm already issued, the date, and which side is writing. A visitor with no reference does not have a settlement question yet. Say that, so the inbox is not used as a way to fish for a quote. The bond desk and the FX prime desk are different counterparties and different pages. Link them without copying their prices, because those pages should not have prices either.
Bilateral talk is not a public quote
Define bilateral the way the firm uses it with counterparties, in two sentences, without an example that names a level. Say that both sides know each other before a trade is even discussed. Trading@ is that existing relationship. A contact form that says Request a quote undoes the definition. Rename the button to Contact an existing coverage person, or similar plain words. Compliance@ handles the unknown name.
Do not describe how a venue would be built, registered, or left unregistered. The firm either already has the permissions it needs or this page is not the place to invent them. Compliance@ can point to the description the firm is willing to give about its status. The studio will not draft a loophole and will not draw a matching engine. Settlement language stays about matches on trades the firm already did.
Counterparties settle on their own desk
Settlements@ publishes its checklist and nothing glamorous. Reference, date, security or contract name as the firm records it, and the side asking. No economic terms get retyped into the form, because retyping a price is publishing one. Trading@ does not clear. Compliance@ does not clear. If one team reads two boxes, say so, and still keep the subjects apart so a new-counterparty review is not stuck behind a fail.
A counterparty the firm has refused does not get a second public door. The page can say the firm does not take every name, without listing a method to become more acceptable. That sentence is the whole encouragement the site will offer: send the legal name to compliance@ and wait. Trading@ will not preview terms while the review is open. Settlements@ will not invent a trade reference to be helpful.
Growth fits an OTC desk that must keep trading@, compliance@, and settlements@ distinct and must describe bilateral work without a live price.
Motus does not quote an OTC price or help stand up an unregistered venue. The site names the instruments the firm already handles.

Questions
- Why is a live OTC price the sentence this homepage removes?
- Because a public figure is not the conversation the firm has with a known counterparty, and it goes stale into a promise. Trading@ can confirm a relationship and the hours. It cannot send a number back through the site. The ticker comes off.
- Who counts as a counterparty on an OTC bilateral page?
- A name the firm already accepts, reached through trading@. A new name goes to compliance@ and the review stays offline. The page says the firm does not take every name. It does not explain how to become more acceptable or how to stand up a venue.
- Where does OTC settlement mail go when there is no quote to give?
- Settlements@, and only with a trade reference the firm already issued, a date, and the side that is writing. A visitor with no reference is not settling yet. The form does not collect economic terms. Retyping a price would publish one.
- What kind of venue will this OTC page refuse to describe?
- Any venue the reader would have to build, register, or leave unregistered. The firm states its own status in its own words if it chooses. This studio will not draft a loophole or draw a matching engine. Settlement talk stays on trades already done.
