An FX prime site that keeps credit questions off the signup.
A fund asking about credit is not a retail signup. The page shows that split before the form. Credit@ can receive a question about whether the desk even discusses a credit line. Operations@ handles give-up details for relationships that already exist. Clients@ is the ongoing contact. Prime of prime language, if the firm uses it, stays a description of the relationship and never a promise that a line will be opened.
A credit question is not a retail signup
The first screen names the audience. If the desk speaks to funds and not to individuals opening a small account, say that with no apology and no wink. A retail button that routes to the forex page is fine when the firm has that other desk. A retail button that pretends prime credit is a signup is not. Credit@ should describe what a fund may send: the introduction the firm already expects, and nothing that looks like a demand for an approved line.
Clients@ is not a side door into credit. An existing client asking for a larger line still writes credit@, and the page says the answer may be no. Operations@ does not negotiate risk. That split keeps a give-up clerk out of a credit decision. Write the three jobs in one column. A fund that cannot tell where to send a file will send it everywhere, and then the no gets lost.
Give-up work is not a signup form
Give-up mail assumes a relationship. Operations@ should ask for the names the firm already uses: the client, the executing party, and the account reference on the firm's books. A blank public form that says Start here invites a stranger. Replace it with a line that says new credit conversations go to credit@ and existing give-up changes go to operations@. Clients@ can be copied when the contact person has changed. Copying is not approval.
Do not publish a sample credit line, a sample limit, or a sample haircut. Even a rounded illustration will be screenshotted as an offer. The firm can say that lines, when they exist, are documented offline. The site's job is to show who reads the request. Prime of prime, if those are the firm's words for its own place in the chain, can be defined once, without a diagram that looks like a promise of access.
Prime of prime stays a description
Define the phrase the way the firm defines it for clients who already know the business, and skip the metaphor. If the firm sits between a client and another prime, say that only if it is true and only in the firm's sentence. Do not add markets the firm cannot reach. Credit@ does not become more generous because the heading sounds institutional. A definition is not a line.
Point retail individuals to the forex page, if one exists, and say this page will not open their account. Point funds that want a stock-loan conversation to the prime brokerage page, if the firm has that desk. Keep the FX prime work recognizable. Three blurred doors are how a credit request gets treated like a newsletter signup. Clients@ can confirm a contact change. It does not extend credit.
Authority fits an FX prime desk that must separate credit@ from a retail door and describe prime of prime work without offering a line.
Motus does not extend credit, promise a line, or describe how to reach a market the firm is not allowed to clear.

Questions
- Is a prime credit question the same thing as a retail signup?
- No. A fund writing credit@ is asking whether the desk discusses a credit line at all. The page shows that split before the form and says the answer may be no. Individuals belong on the forex page if the firm has one, not in this queue.
- Where does a prime of prime give-up change actually get sent?
- Operations@ takes give-up changes for a relationship that already exists. The note should name the client, the executing party, and the account reference. New credit talk stays at credit@. A public Start here form invites strangers and should come off.
- Who is allowed to read a credit line request on this prime page?
- Credit@ reads it. Clients@ does not sneak a larger line through a contact update, and operations@ does not negotiate the risk. The site will not show a sample limit or a sample haircut. Lines, when any exist, are documented away from this page.
- What will this prime page refuse to say about opening a line?
- It will refuse to say that a line is available, likely, or a matter of sending papers. Prime of prime wording can describe the firm's place in the chain only if that sentence is true. A definition is not an offer of credit.
