Collect the cyber application and do not audit the network.
A blank cyber application is the object on the desk, and its longest section asks about controls. The site can say the desk collects that application. Motus does not assess the network, does not run a security audit, and does not say a breach is covered. applications@ receives the form, cyber@ a question about the form, and claims@ notice of a breach already underway. A score printed on the homepage would be a fake audit.
Collect the application and skip the audit
Link the application the firm actually uses, or tell people to request it from applications@. Do not rebuild a controls questionnaire inside the website and then score the answers. Scoring controls is an assessment, and Motus will not assess a network, a vendor list, or a backup habit. The page may name topics the firm's own application asks about only when the firm wrote that list down.
Visitors enjoy a five-minute score because it feels like progress. That score reads like an underwriting decision made by a form. Remove it before the page launches. Replace it with applications@ and one sentence that a person at the desk reads the application the firm already trusts, without a grade from this studio.
Controls are answers, not a studio test
The application asks about controls because markets ask the desk, not because the website became a security practice. The firm can name the control topics it truly asks, and it should delete topics it never asks. Do not recommend a product, a setting, or a vendor as a way to look ready for a market. Do not tell a visitor that a control they mentioned is good enough.
If the firm wants a security partner named, the firm supplies the name and the reason in its own sentence. Motus will not invent a partner, a seal, or a certification. Neighboring lines can be linked for buyers who are simply in the wrong conversation. Those links must not say the cyber form somehow includes a board dispute or a professional mistake.
Breach notices have their own address
A breach that is happening now goes to claims@, not applications@, even if the application was never finished. Say that at the top of the contact block, because people in an incident will not finish a long page. Ask for the date they noticed, whether they already have counsel, and a phone that is being answered today. Do not ask them to paste passwords or a forensic dump into a public form.
Motus will not say the breach is covered, will not run the incident, and will not speak to reporters for the firm. The page's job in that moment is the address and nothing more ambitious. cyber@ can explain where the application lives when there is no incident at all. Claims mail and application mail should never share one upload box.
Authority fits a cyber desk whose application is long and whose breach notices must not share applications@. Growth fits when three mailboxes and a clear refusal of any audit are the whole job.

Questions
- Where should a company send a cyber insurance application?
- Send it to applications@, using the form the firm already uses, not a score built on the website. cyber@ answers questions about that form when nothing is actively wrong. Motus does not grade the controls or audit the network. A person at the desk reads the application the firm trusts.
- Will the cyber insurance site test our security controls?
- No. Controls are questions on the firm's application, and the answers are for the desk and its markets. A homepage score would be a fake audit, so it does not get published. Motus will not recommend a setting, a tool, or a vendor to make the form look stronger. The page collects and stops.
- Which cyber insurance mailbox receives a breach already underway?
- claims@ receives it, even if the application was never completed or was completed years ago. Include the date noticed and a phone that is being answered, and do not paste passwords into the form. The page will not say the breach is covered. Motus will not run the incident or talk to reporters.
- Can Motus say a cyber insurance breach would be paid?
- No. Talk about payment is the firm's, after it has a real notice and its own process for that notice. This studio does not manage the incident and does not speak for the company. The website's addition is the right address, claims@, kept apart from applications@. A score on the old form changes none of that.
