Delete the claim that you already know the flood zone.
We already know your zone is the sentence this flood homepage should delete. The desk can ask for an elevation certificate. Motus will not determine the zone, and it will not issue a binder. documents@ is where the certificate, the prior letter, and the property address should land. A map screenshot with a guessed color is not a determination the firm should publish.
Delete the flood zone claim first
If the current site says the firm can see the zone from an address typed in a box, take that box down. A zone is something the desk may request from the proper source, not a party trick on a homepage. Say that plainly near the form so a buyer in a hurry does not think the color on a map is final. Motus will not pick the zone for them.
Replace the claim with a request. Ask for the elevation certificate, the property address, and any letter the person already holds. documents@ receives those files. flood@ receives a question that is not a file, and quotes@ receives a request for a conversation once the papers exist. Three doors keep a certificate from sitting in a chat thread.
Elevation certificates are the real object
The certificate is a specific paper with a specific date, not a note that says the house sits high. Tell the visitor which email gets the PDF, and say if the desk also wants the photos the surveyor took. Do not redraw the elevation on the website. Do not translate a certificate into a promise that water will stay out of the house.
Some buyers arrive with no certificate at all. The page can say the desk will tell them what it needs next, after a person reads the address. It cannot order a survey by itself or invent a surveyor the firm does not use. Leave any surveyor name off unless the firm wrote that name down for the page.
Waiting period is not a countdown badge
People ask whether a waiting period still stands between them and a closing. The page should say any wait is set by the market, and the desk will look at the closing dates the buyer actually has. Do not print a number of days this studio looked up, and do not say the wait is already over. quotes@ is the right place for the closing date and the timing question.
A binder sentence does not belong under that answer. Motus will not bind flood cover from a web form. The firm that already places flood can describe the lines it places, in its own words, without a sample price. Link the home desk for the house policy that flood does not replace, and say they are different conversations.
Authority fits a flood desk whose visitors upload elevation certificates and prior letters to documents@. Starter fits a desk that only needs three addresses and a plain zone refusal.
Motus is not an insurance producer. We do not quote a premium, bind coverage, or say anyone is covered.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use flood@, documents@ and quotes@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Questions
- Will this flood insurance page tell me my flood zone?
- No. The page asks for an elevation certificate and the property address, and it sends them to documents@. Determining a zone is not something Motus does, and the site should not pretend the desk did it from a map color. A person at the firm answers after reading the file.
- Where do flood insurance buyers send an elevation certificate?
- The PDF goes to documents@ with the property address and any letter the buyer already has. flood@ is for a question without a file. quotes@ is for the conversation once those papers exist, and no binder comes back from this studio. The page does not redraw the elevation.
- Who explains a flood insurance waiting period on the site?
- The desk explains it after reading dates the visitor actually has, because the wait is a market rule. The page can say that a waiting period may apply and that Motus did not pick the number of days. Send the closing date to quotes@ rather than expecting a countdown badge.
- Can Motus bind flood insurance from the uploaded papers?
- No. A binder is the firm's act, if the firm is allowed to do it, and it is not a website feature. Motus connects flood@, documents@, and quotes@. The page stops at collecting the certificate, the address, and the dates the buyer already knows.
