Homeowners and mortgagees should not share one inbox.
A homeowner worried about a roof and a mortgagee asking for proof are not the same sender. One wants an inspection conversation. The other wants a document the lender will accept. A homepage with one contact box buries the roof photo under the proof request, or the reverse. Motus builds the split so inspections@ sees the shingles and quotes@ sees the mortgagee request.
Two senders should not share home mail
Label the paths on the first screen, not after a paragraph about caring for families. The homeowner who photographed a worn roof writes inspections@. The mortgagee, or the homeowner chasing a lender letter, writes quotes@ with the loan number they already have. home@ is for a question that is neither a photo nor a proof request.
Say what each mailbox will not do. inspections@ does not produce a lender letter, and quotes@ does not diagnose a leak from a snapshot. If the firm needs a specific angle of the roof, name that angle so people stop sending a blurry driveway. Hours belong next to the address, in the hours the desk actually reads mail.
Replacement cost is not a homepage number
A visitor will ask what it would cost to rebuild. The honest page says the desk collects square footage, year built, and updates, then talks with its markets. It does not print a replacement cost figure this studio invented, and the firm should not print one it cannot stand behind. If the firm uses a worksheet, link the worksheet the firm already trusts, and say who must fill it.
Roof age and roof material belong on that same worksheet because markets ask. A new architectural shingle and a worn flat roof are not a single checkbox called good. Do not let a stock photo of a spotless house stand in for the photo inspections@ still needs. The mortgagee clause, spelled the way the lender spelled it, is a field, not a slogan under a smiling family.
Proof letters and the quote path
When a closing is close, the mortgagee request feels louder than a maintenance question. The site should still route it to quotes@ so the proof task is visible on the next morning. List the facts the desk usually needs: the lender's clause, the loan number, and the closing date the buyer was given. Do not promise the letter will be back before that date.
Keep flood nearby for houses that also need that conversation, without calling flood a free extra. Umbrella can be a second link for the household that already asked about higher limits. Neither link should show a price. Motus will not quote a premium for the dwelling, the roof, or the lender letter itself.
Growth fits a home desk that must keep inspections@ off the mortgagee path so a roof photo is not lost. Starter fits when one person still reads every home message.
Motus is not an insurance producer. We do not quote a premium, bind coverage, or say anyone is covered.
The package

Questions
- Where should homeowners send roof photos to a home insurance desk?
- Roof photos go to inspections@, not to the mortgagee thread and not to a personal phone only. Name the angles the desk actually needs so a dusk snapshot is not the whole file. The page does not turn that photo into a price. A person reads inspections@ during the firm's real hours.
- How does a homeowners insurance page handle a mortgagee proof request?
- The lender clause, the loan number, and the closing date the buyer named go to quotes@. That is a document job. It should not wait behind a roof argument in the same inbox. Motus will not promise the letter beats the closing time or print a dwelling price beside it.
- Why is replacement cost absent from the homeowners insurance homepage?
- A rebuild figure that nobody measured is a fake number, and fake numbers are how these pages go wrong. The desk can ask for year built, size, and updates. The site stops there and lets the firm speak to its market. Motus does not invent the replacement cost.
- Can Motus decide the homeowners insurance roof is acceptable?
- No. Looking at a roof is the desk's work with its own markets, or with an inspector the firm already uses. Motus only makes inspections@ obvious on the page. The copy can say which photos help, and it cannot grade the shingles or promise a result.
