Name the lines a general insurance desk actually places.

We insure everything is the sentence a general insurance homepage has to retire. The firm has lines of authority, and the page has to name those lines rather than every line that exists. A certificate request and a renewal are different emails, which is why certificates@ and newbusiness@ both exist beside hello@. hello@ is the public door, not the place a landlord file should stall. Motus is not a producer and does not place the policy.

Name the lines of authority you hold

List the lines the firm actually places, using the names the firm uses with its own markets. If a line is not on that list, it does not get a paragraph, a stock photo, or a cheerful promise to take a look. Lines of authority are a fact the firm supplies in writing before launch. Motus will not look up a license number, invent one, or guess from a site in another state.

Personal auto, home, and commercial can be named only when they are real desks this firm runs. Each name should link to its own page if one exists, or to a short block the firm approved word for word. A grid of dozens of icons is the everything sentence drawn as pictures. Delete every icon the firm cannot staff with a person who answers.

Certificates should miss the hello inbox

Landlords and contract holders write certificates@. The general hello@ address is for a person who does not yet know which line they need. If certificate mail hits hello@, it waits behind people asking what the firm even does, and the holder deadline can pass in that wait. One sentence on the contact block prevents it: certificate requests use certificates@, not the public box.

The certificates@ note should ask for the holder name, the wording they were given, and which line is involved. Do not rebuild an entire commercial manual on this general page. The general page points at the right door and names the lines of authority. It does not issue the PDF, and it does not treat hello@ as a backup printer for landlords.

Renewals need newbusiness@ on purpose

A renewal is not a stranger's first hello, and it is not a certificate for a job site. newbusiness@ can take the renewal file, the date the current term ends, and a note about what changed, if that is truly the firm's door. Say so on the first screen, because callers will use hello@ out of habit. The page should correct that habit before the footer.

Do not call every visitor a valued relationship since a year you are not willing to prove. If you have no founding year you will print, print none. Motus will not invent a history, an office city, or a producer credential for this studio. The firm puts its own city on its own site, and this page only names the desk.

Growth fits a general insurance desk that must show lines of authority plus separate doors for certificates and renewals. Starter fits when hello@ still reaches a person who forwards the same day.

Motus is not an insurance producer. We do not quote a premium, bind coverage, or say anyone is covered.

Questions

Which lines of authority should a general insurance page list?
Only the lines the firm actually places, supplied by the firm in writing, under the names it already uses with its markets. A grid of every icon is the everything claim in picture form. Motus will not invent a license number to fill a blank. If a line is not staffed, it stays off.
Where do certificate requests go on a general insurance desk?
They go to certificates@, not hello@, so a holder file is not stuck behind general questions about what the firm does. The note asks for the holder name and the wording they were given. This studio does not issue the certificate. newbusiness@ is a different door, for renewals, and should not catch landlord PDFs either.
How should a general insurance renewal avoid the public inbox?
Send the ending date and what changed to newbusiness@ if that is the door the firm named on the page. The page has to say that out loud, because people will try hello@ first out of habit. A renewal is not a first hello and not a certificate request. Motus does not place the renewal.
Is Motus the producer behind a general insurance website?
No. Motus is not a producer and does not place a policy or say a visitor has cover. The firm does that work under its own lines of authority. We publish the site and connect hello@, certificates@, and newbusiness@. A city on the firm's site is the firm's city, not ours.
