Monday payroll and a Monday injury are different emergencies.
On Monday morning, a payroll file and a fresh injury notice collide in one unread mailbox. They are different emergencies and they need different doors. payroll@ should already be printed for the file, and claims@ for the injury. The site can ask which class code the employer already uses. Motus does not classify payroll. workers@ is only the door for someone who cannot tell the two jobs apart.
Monday files are two different emergencies
Print both addresses on the first screen, because Monday is when both kinds of mail show up together. The payroll file, the overtime report, and the new-hire list go to payroll@. The injury note, the place, and the time of the incident go to claims@. workers@ is only for the sender who is unsure which of those stacks they are holding and needs a person to point.
Do not make an injury notice wait behind a spreadsheet that accounting also sent. Do not make the payroll contact describe an injury they did not witness. Two obvious buttons are the whole design. A paragraph about caring for people does not route the mail, and it should not be asked to do that job.
Class codes come from the desk, not Motus
The form may ask the employer which class code it already uses on its current papers or on its payroll reports. That question is not a classification performed by the website. Motus does not classify payroll and will not assign a code from a job title typed into a box. If the employer does not know the code, the page tells them to say so and to send job descriptions to payroll@ for the desk to read.
Job titles are messy, and a homepage menu of codes would be this studio classifying payroll while pretending it was only a dropdown. Do not publish a code list copied out of a manual. The firm can describe the industries it actually serves, in its own words, without codes attached unless the firm wants specific codes shown. We will not pick those codes.
Injury notices are not payroll questions
claims@ should say what to send: the role as the employer knows it, the time, the place, and whether care was already sought through the employer's own process. It should also say this page is not medical advice and not a clinic referral from Motus. The employer uses whatever clinic or steps the firm already gave them offline, if any exist. We will not name a clinic, a doctor, or a course of care.
Benefits links, if the firm runs that desk too, should be labeled as a different file about enrollment rather than injuries. A workers comp notice is not an open-enrollment question and should not be sent to hr mail by habit. Keep the words claim and payroll far apart in the navigation so someone inside the company can pick quickly. No price sits next to either word.
Growth fits a workers comp desk that receives payroll files and claims notices on the same Monday morning. Starter fits when workers@ forwards immediately and the class code stays a question.
Motus is not an insurance producer. We do not quote a premium, bind coverage, or say anyone is covered.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use workers@, payroll@ and claims@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Questions
- Where should Monday payroll go for a workers comp desk?
- The payroll file, the overtime report, and the new-hire list go to payroll@. Do not send them to claims@, and do not expect Motus to assign a class code from a job title. Motus does not classify payroll. If the code is unknown, send the job descriptions and say the code is unknown.
- Which workers comp address receives a fresh injury notice?
- claims@ receives the role, the time, the place, and whether care was already sought through the employer's own steps. That notice should not wait behind a spreadsheet. The page is not medical advice, and Motus will not name a clinic or a treatment. workers@ is only for a sender who cannot tell the jobs apart.
- Why will Motus not choose a workers comp class code?
- Choosing a code is classifying payroll, and Motus does not classify payroll. The site can ask which class code the employer already uses on current papers. Unknown codes go to the desk at payroll@ as job descriptions, not as a homepage menu of numbers. A job title typed in a box is not a classification.
- Is a workers comp website also the benefits enrollment page?
- No. Enrollment questions belong on the benefits desk, and an injury notice belongs here at claims@. Link the two only if the firm runs both, and label them as different files. A price does not belong on either link. payroll@ still receives the payroll file, not the injury.
