Do not print a benefits rate before the census exists.
A rate for this workforce is the sentence a benefits homepage should not print. The desk has not seen the census. Publishing a number before that file arrives is how a firm boxes itself into a figure it did not mean. The page should ask human resources where to write, and it should name the carrier conversation as the firm's own work. Motus will not invent the rate.
Do not publish a workforce rate
Take down any sample monthly figure, any per-person dollar, and any teaser that looks like a finished quote. Those numbers are prices the page is not allowed to guess. Ask for the census instead: headcount, the classes the employer already uses, and the current carrier if there is one. benefits@ can receive the question, and enrollment@ should receive the file.
hr@ is the address for the human resources contact who will actually answer, as distinct from someone chasing a new logo. Put that distinction on the form so a carrier representative and an HR manager do not dump mail in one pile. The firm names the carriers it actually works with, in the firm's words, or it names none. Motus will not supply a wall of market logos the desk does not use.
Open enrollment needs a calendar and a door
If the firm runs open enrollment in known months, print those months and the mailbox that gets the roster. If the months change every year, say the dates will be sent to HR rather than carving last year's dates into the homepage forever. A countdown clock is theater. enrollment@ should be large enough to see on a phone, because HR is often away from a desk when the window opens.
People who want to describe a medical condition are on the wrong page. Point them at the health page's refusal, or simply say this benefits form does not take a diagnosis. Do not duplicate a records system here under a friendlier name. A life link can exist for a voluntary life conversation, kept separate from the census file and from any clinical story.
Where human resources reaches the carrier
HR wants to know if they email the carrier, the desk, or both. The page should answer with the firm's real path: usually hr@ or benefits@ first, and the carrier only if the firm truly wants that direct note. Do not publish a carrier intake address you found on the open web and hope it is still current. The firm confirms every address before it goes live on the site.
Renewal timing can be one sentence: send the census ahead of the anniversary the employer already knows, using whatever lead time the firm actually keeps. Do not invent a lead time to sound organized. Workers comp is a different desk and a different file, and the link should say the payroll injury path is not this one. No price belongs beside that link.
Growth fits a benefits desk that must show the census, open enrollment, and a carrier path without a sample rate. Starter fits a one-mailbox shop that still refuses the fake number.
Motus is not an insurance producer. We do not quote a premium, bind coverage, or say anyone is covered.
The package
Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use benefits@, enrollment@ and hr@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Questions
- Why should an employee benefits page refuse a workforce rate?
- The rate is a guess until the census exists, and a printed guess reads like an offer the firm did not make. Send the census to enrollment@. Motus will not invent a per-person dollar or a monthly figure. The carrier conversation stays with the desk after a person has the file.
- Where does HR send the census during employee benefits open enrollment?
- The roster goes to enrollment@, and hr@ is for the human resources contact who will answer questions about the window. Print the months only if the firm wrote them down for the page. A countdown clock does not make the carrier move faster. Medical stories do not belong in that roster.
- Can the employee benefits site list every carrier in the country?
- Only the carriers the firm actually uses, in the firm's own words, belong on the page. A logo wall of unfamiliar markets is a costume. If the firm has not confirmed a name, leave the name off. Motus will not fill the gap with brands it found somewhere else.
- Does Motus set the employee benefits rate after reading a census?
- No. Reading a census and talking to a carrier is the desk's own work. Motus builds the page that asks for the file and names benefits@, enrollment@, and hr@. The number stays off the public screen. A worksheet the firm did not approve does not go up either.
