Collect the purpose of the personal loan and do not price it.
The purpose line on a personal inquiry is the object underwriting actually starts from. A visitor writes a reason, and the page's job is to capture that reason cleanly, plus a plain statement of income, and to say the request is unsecured only if the firm means there is no collateral conversation. personal@ reads the purpose. documents@ takes proof the firm asked for. Motus does not price the request or call it approved.
Purpose is the sentence, income is the support
Purpose should be a blank the person fills, not a menu of vacations, weddings, and debt paydowns that makes every reason look pre-approved. The firm can list purposes it refuses. That list is more useful than a list of smiles. personal@ receives the sentence. If the purpose is something the firm does not discuss, the page should say that before the person hunts for documents. Collecting paper for a refused purpose wastes documents@ and insults the writer.
Income is a support for the purpose, not a number the hero should echo back. Ask where the income comes from in words, and let the firm decide what proof it wants sent to documents@. Do not build a slider that multiplies income into a payment. That slider is a hidden price even when no percentage is printed anywhere. borrowers@ is for a person who cannot yet state a purpose without help naming it, and who should not be pushed into an upload.
Unsecured means no collateral story, not an easy yes
If the desk arranges unsecured requests, say that plainly: there is no collateral conversation on this page. Do not then show a house, a car, or a pile of cash as decoration. Decoration reintroduces collateral through the pictures. If some requests are secured and some are not, this page is the wrong place to blur them. Send secured stories to the desk that actually handles the asset. Keep personal@ for the unsecured purpose line.
Unsecured is not a synonym for approved, fast, or no documents. Some firms still want income proof. Say so, and point that proof at documents@. Do not say everyone with a purpose qualifies. Do not say bad credit is welcome unless the firm has written that sentence and will live with it. Motus will not add a badge that says guaranteed, flexible, or instant. Those words are how an unsecured page starts lying.
Proof waits until the purpose is allowed
documents@ should tell the sender which proof the firm asked for, by name, after a purpose has been accepted as discussable. A public checklist of tax forms and pay stubs, shown to everyone, collects files the firm may not want. borrowers@ can help a person phrase the purpose before any upload exists. The order matters. Purpose first. Then, only if the firm wants it, income support. Never a payment quote in between.
The studio limit is simple enough to print under the form. Motus does not approve the person, quote a percentage, or decide that income is sufficient. The firm reads personal@ and makes its own next step, which may be silence. A page that cannot tolerate silence will invent an approval to fill the gap. Leave the gap. A named mailbox is a better promise than a fake yes.
Growth fits a personal-loan desk that leads with a purpose line, routes income proof to documents@, and refuses to price an unsecured request on the public page.
Motus is not a lender. We do not quote an APR, promise approval, or take an application.

Questions
- Why is the purpose line the start of a personal loan page?
- Because the reason is what the firm actually has to read, and a menu of vacations makes every reason look pre-approved. personal@ takes the sentence. If the purpose is refused, say so before anyone is asked for income proof.
- Where should income proof for a personal loan be sent?
- To documents@, and only after the firm has treated the purpose as discussable. A public checklist shown to everyone collects files that may not be wanted. Motus does not decide that the income is sufficient or turn it into a payment.
- What does unsecured mean on this personal loan website?
- It means the page is not having a collateral conversation, if that is what the firm actually does. It does not mean approved, fast, or no documents. Do not decorate the screen with a house or a car. Secured stories belong on the asset desk.
- Will Motus approve an unsecured personal request or quote a percentage?
- No. The studio does not approve the person or decide income is enough. A slider that multiplies income into a payment is a rate in disguise. The firm reads personal@. The next step may be silence, and the page should tolerate that.
