Point the investor to an inbox. Do not quote a distribution.
Investors received this distribution last quarter is the sentence a REIT desk site must not use. The page tells an investor which inbox receives a question about a share, and then it stops. reit@ can sort the note, investors@ is for the holder, and operations@ is for the property side. Motus is not making a securities offering and promises no distribution.
A distribution rate does not go up
Any sentence that tells an investor what was paid, what will be paid, or what is targeted is a distribution promise or a fact we are not in a position to certify. Remove it. The page's replacement is directional and dull: questions about a share go to investors@, operational questions go to operations@, and anything unsorted can start at reit@. Motus is not making a securities offering by publishing those addresses.
Do not replace the deleted rate with a chart, a trailing window, or a footnote that restates the same number. The absence has to be an absence. If the firm is required by someone else to point at a filed document, the firm supplies the link and the responsibility. Motus will not draft the document, describe the shares, or tell a reader that a distribution is stable.
Share questions have a single door
A question about a share, a holding, or a transfer is investor mail. It does not belong in operations@, where property managers and vendors may also write. investors@ is the door, and the page should say the firm will not answer it with a performance line. The form can ask for the nature of the question without asking for an account number. Account numbers do not belong in a public form. Motus will not build a field for them.
People who are not yet investors sometimes write anyway. The page can say that a general question is not a solicitation and not an invitation to buy. reit@ can receive that note. The firm decides whether to reply. We will not add a button that turns the site into a subscription page. There is no subscription page in this package. There is a mailbox.
Operations mail is not investor mail
Vendors, property issues, and internal reporting go to operations@. An investor who stumbled into that address with a share question should see an instruction to use investors@ instead. Put the instruction on the contact page, not only inside an autoresponder the investor may not read. Motus can place the instruction. We cannot monitor the mailbox, and we cannot tell an investor what a property's income means for a distribution.
Nothing on the operations side should display a portfolio table, a debt line, or a list of assets with values. Those tables are how a contact page becomes an offering. If the firm maintains a public asset list elsewhere under its own compliance, it can ask us to link. We will not create the list, and we will not add a return figure. The desk page stays a routing page.
Authority fits a REIT desk that must point an investor to the right inbox and refuse every distribution rate, share story, and securities offer.
Motus does not sell a security or promise a distribution.

Questions
- Why is a distribution rate the wrong REIT sentence?
- Because a paid, future, or targeted figure is a distribution promise or a fact this studio cannot certify. The page points an investor with a share question to investors@. Motus is not making a securities offering and will not restate the rate in a footnote.
- Which inbox receives a REIT investor question about a share?
- investors@ receives it. operations@ is the wrong room for a share, a holding, or a transfer. The form should not ask for an account number. reit@ is only the unsorted note. Motus will not answer with a performance line or describe the shares.
- Is this REIT page a securities offering by Motus?
- No. Publishing inboxes is not an offer to sell a security, and there is no subscription button in this package. A general note can start at reit@. The firm decides whether to reply. Motus will not draft a filing or add a return figure.
- What should operations@ receive that investors@ should not?
- Vendor notes, property issues, and internal reporting. A share question that lands there should be pointed back to investors@. Motus can print that instruction on the contact page. We cannot monitor the box or tie a property's income to a distribution.
