Temperature questions and pallet questions use different inboxes
An operator asking about temperature and a shipper asking about pallet positions arrive as two visitors who should not share one unread inbox. temperature@ takes the temperature question. cold@ takes the desk. operators@ takes the operator. A blast question is its own subject. Motus does not guarantee a temperature and does not sell telemetry.
Temperature mail should not share a pallet inbox
A temperature question left in the same unread box as a pallet-position question will lose one of them. temperature@ is the temperature door. Say the setpoint the firm already offers only if the firm wrote it, and say it as an offer the firm operates, not as a promise from Motus. Motus does not guarantee a temperature.
Pallet positions are a count and a location type, sent where the firm wants pallet mail, which the page should name as cold@ unless the firm says otherwise. Do not mix that count into the temperature thread. Two subjects, two addresses, even if one person at the firm ultimately reads both.
Blast freezing is a separate operator question
Blast is a capability question for operators@, not a footnote under a pallet count. If the firm offers blast freezing, say so in the firm's words and say operators@ confirms whether a given product is accepted. If the firm does not offer it, do not imply the building can do it because the word cold is on the page.
Do not describe a process recipe, a dwell time Motus invented, or a product outcome. The page routes the question. The operator knows the room. A sentence that promises a core temperature at a clock time is a guarantee, and it comes off the page.
No telemetry product and no temperature promise
Motus does not sell a telemetry product and does not stream temperatures for the firm. If the firm has its own logging and wants to mention it, the firm writes that sentence. The studio page will not add a dashboard, a sensor claim, or a screenshot that implies live monitoring by Motus.
cold@ remains the front door for the desk. temperature@ remains the temperature question. operators@ remains the operator, including blast. A shipper with a pallet count uses the pallet path the page names. None of those doors guarantees a degree, a hold time, or a device on a wall.
Growth fits a cold storage desk that must split temperature@ from pallet mail and must mention blast without a temperature guarantee or a telemetry product.
Motus does not provide the specialist service in the headline. We publish the site and connect the email.

Questions
- Where should a cold storage temperature question be sent?
- Send it to temperature@. Do not drop it in the same unread box as a pallet-position note. cold@ is the desk front door. Motus does not guarantee a temperature and does not sell a telemetry product that watches the room.
- Who answers a blast question for a cold storage operator?
- operators@ answers whether blast is offered and whether a given product is accepted, using the firm's own words. The page does not invent a dwell time or promise a core temperature. If the firm does not offer blast, the page does not imply it.
- Does Motus sell telemetry for cold storage rooms?
- No. Motus does not sell a telemetry product and does not stream temperatures. If the firm logs temperatures itself, the firm may say so. The studio page only names cold@, temperature@, and operators@, plus the pallet path.
- Why split pallet mail from a cold storage temperature note?
- Because one unread inbox loses one of the two questions. Pallet position is a count. Temperature is a different subject at temperature@. Blast stays with operators@. The split is how a Friday note is still readable on Monday.
