Two buyers, and no bottle ships from Motus

A retail buyer in one state and a trade buyer holding an allocation arrive with different questions. The page should not say every state can receive a bottle. License limits belong in plain language the firm already follows. Name the state rules the desk actually works under, and send compliance questions to compliance@. Motus does not ship alcohol.

A licensed buyer is not a trade buyer

The first visitor asks whether a given state allows the sale the firm already makes. Answer with the license facts the firm holds, not with a map that paints every state as open. If the firm cannot sell into a state, say that. Motus does not ship alcohol, and the page should not offer a checkout that pretends a bottle is on the way.

The second visitor is a trade buyer who already holds an allocation, or who is asking whether one exists. That note goes to buyers@, not into a pile that also handles compliance. Write the allocation in the firm's own units. Do not imply a bottle can move to any address. State limits stay beside the offer.

Where license questions should be read

compliance@ reads license and state questions. wine@ reads the trade note about what the desk already lists. If both land in one mailbox, a state restriction can sit unread under a vintage inquiry. Put the two addresses on the page with one line each on the subject. A visitor should not guess who understands the license.

Do not write that every state can receive a bottle. Name only the states the firm already serves, if the firm wants that list public. If the list is long, point to the firm's own current sheet rather than freezing a claim that will go stale. Motus does not ship alcohol and does not hold the firm's license.

Allocation language that stays inside the law

An allocation is a trade fact, not a promise that a consumer in any state may buy. Say who may ask, what buyers@ expects, and what paperwork the firm already requires. Leave out tasting notes that read like a shipping offer. The page is a desk for a firm that already sells where selling is lawful.

If a visitor asks this studio to send a case, the reply is that Motus does not ship alcohol. The firm, through wine@ or buyers@, handles its own lawful orders. compliance@ is where a state or license question is answered before any order is discussed. Keep those paths printed, not buried in a footer.

Authority fits a wine and spirits desk that must show license limits, state limits, and a separate allocation inbox. Motus does not ship alcohol.

Motus does not ship alcohol and does not say a buyer in every state can receive it.

Questions

Does Motus ship wine or spirits to a buyer?
No. Motus does not ship alcohol. A trade buyer with an allocation writes buyers@. A license or state question writes compliance@. The firm already holds whatever authority it uses. The page only shows those paths and the limits the firm states.
Which inbox should read a spirits allocation question?
buyers@ reads an allocation question from a trade buyer. wine@ can take the note about what the desk already lists. compliance@ is for the license and the state. Do not tell a visitor that every state can receive a bottle.
Why should a wine page name the state?
Because a buyer in one state is not a buyer in every state. The page should show the license limits the firm already follows and should refuse a line that says every address can receive a bottle. Motus does not ship alcohol and does not invent those limits.
Can the site say every state may receive a bottle?
No. That sentence is the one this page exists to prevent. Name only the states the firm already serves, and send a license question to compliance@. An allocation stays with buyers@. Motus does not ship alcohol.
