Ask for the model, not a clearance opinion
Stating the device is cleared is the line this homepage keeps getting wrong. Ask for the model and the service record instead of stating a use. equipment@ can take the model. service@ can take the service record. buyers@ can take a buyer the firm already knows how to answer. Motus does not make a clinical claim and does not issue a clearance opinion.
Cleared for a use is the wrong sentence
A sentence that says a device is cleared, approved, or fit for a clinical use is the sentence to remove. Motus does not issue a clearance opinion. The firm may quote a status it already stands behind, in its own words, with the document it already relies on. This studio will not paraphrase that status into a stronger claim.
Replace the claim with two questions: which model, and where is the service record. Those questions are specific enough to route mail and too small to smuggle a medical promise. equipment@ is the model door. If the model is unknown, the page should say so rather than guess a family of devices.
Ask for the model and the service record
The service record is the file the firm already keeps on a unit it knows. service@ receives it. Do not invent uptime, a warranty result, or a safety conclusion from a missing file. If the record is absent, the page says the record is requested, not that the unit is fine. buyers@ should not be promised a clinical outcome while they wait.
Name the model as the manufacturer and the firm wrote it. A nickname, a condition grade Motus invented, or a phrase like hospital ready overclaims the machine. The page can list categories the firm already brokers. It cannot say those categories are appropriate for any patient or any procedure.
No clinical claim belongs on this page
Clinical language is a bright line. Do not say a device diagnoses, treats, or improves an outcome. Do not say Motus checked a regulator's database and therefore the unit is fine. A clinical claim is not copy, even in a caption under a photo. Cut the caption if it cannot survive without that claim.
The buyer writes buyers@ with the model they need and the service record question they have. The firm answers from its own knowledge. equipment@ and service@ keep those files from sharing one unlabeled queue. The public promise stops at routing. Clearance, fitness, and clinical use remain unstated by Motus.
Growth fits a medical equipment desk that must route model and service record mail without a clearance opinion or a clinical claim from Motus.

Questions
- Will Motus say a medical device is cleared for a use?
- No. That is the wrong sentence. Motus does not issue a clearance opinion and does not make a clinical claim. The page asks for the model at equipment@ and the service record at service@. Any status the firm stands behind is written by the firm.
- Where should a medical equipment service record be sent?
- Send the service record to service@. Send the model question to equipment@. buyers@ is for a buyer the firm already knows how to answer. A missing record means the record is requested. It does not mean the unit is fine or fit for a patient.
- Can a medical equipment page make a clinical claim?
- No. The page does not say a device diagnoses, treats, or improves an outcome. It does not grade a unit as hospital ready. It names the model, the service record path, and the inboxes. Clinical use stays off the copy, including photo captions.
- What does a buyer send about medical equipment instead of a claim?
- The buyer sends the model and the service record question to the doors the page names, buyers@ among them if the firm wants buyers there. Motus routes attention. Motus does not clear the device, does not certify it, and does not promise a clinical result.
