A diligence request is not a product demo

A diligence room request sits on the visitor's desk, and it is not a demo request. founders@ hears from founders. diligence@ hears from a buyer who needs the room. The page names arr only as a figure the firm already publishes. A customer contract question stays in that room. Motus invents no revenue figure and makes no security claim.

The diligence room is not a demo

A buyer who asks for the room is not asking for a walkthrough of the product. Put that request on diligence@. Put a product walkthrough on software@. The two notes have different readers and different files. A page with one address will mix a customer contract review with a scheduling chat, and the review is what slips.

Do not describe the room as a place Motus hosts. The firm already has its own room and its own rules for who enters. The page names diligence@ and says what the firm already asks a buyer to sign before entry. Motus does not claim the software is secure, tested, or certified.

Founders and buyers keep separate mail

founders@ is for a founder writing about the company the firm already represents or is willing to hear. A buyer does not belong there. diligence@ is the buyer door. software@ can take a first product question that is not a room request. Three lines on the page, three addresses, and no shared pile for those notes.

If a founder and a buyer share a mailbox, a customer contract comment lands in a thread the founder did not mean to open. Say that risk in plain words. The page is a map of doors. It is not a revenue announcement and not a security badge from this studio.

Arr stays a firm figure not ours

If the firm already publishes an arr figure, the page may repeat that figure and attribute it to the firm. Motus will not calculate, round, or improve it. A blank labeled arr that this studio fills in would be a revenue figure from Motus, which is not allowed. Leave that blank off the page entirely.

A customer contract question inside diligence is about paper the firm already holds, not a promise that the buyer will renew. Do not write that customers will stay, that a security review will pass, or that a number will grow. The firm can state facts it already stands behind. This studio will not add those claims.

Authority fits a software desk that must keep founders@ apart from diligence@ so arr and a customer contract are never written as a demo script.

Motus does not provide the specialist service in the headline. We publish the site and connect the email.

The package

Questions

Where should a software diligence request be sent?
Send it to diligence@. A demo or product question goes to software@. Founders write founders@. Motus does not invent an arr figure and does not make a security claim about the product or the room.
Who reads a SaaS customer contract question here?
diligence@ reads it, because a customer contract belongs in the room rather than on a demo call. The firm supplies the paper. Motus does not predict renewal, invent revenue, or certify security for the software.
Can Motus publish an arr number for software?
Only if the firm already published that figure and the page attributes it to the firm. Motus will not calculate arr. A customer contract note still goes to diligence@, not into a revenue banner on the page.
Why are founders and diligence mailboxes kept split?
A founder note and a buyer note do not belong in one pile. founders@ is the founder door. diligence@ is the room. software@ is the product question. Mixing them delays the customer contract review the buyer actually asked for.
