A crop desk site that takes the board price down.

The board price printed under the crop name is the sentence that has to come down. A merchant writing about a grade, a crop year, and a shipment window needs crops@ or merchants@, and a quality dispute needs quality@. The page asks who is writing and what crop they mean. Motus will not publish a board number, will not book a vessel, and will not say the grain has shipped.

Take the board price off the hero

A board price under the crop name is an offer you did not mean to make, and it is wrong by the close. Delete it. The hero should ask for grade, crop year, and which merchant is writing. crops@ receives a commercial note. merchants@ receives a note from a merchant house. quality@ receives a dispute about condition. None of those mailboxes is a place for Motus to type a settlement price.

Name the crops the firm actually handles. If the list is corn, beans, and wheat, say those words only if the firm said them. Do not add crops to look complete, and do not add a futures symbol that updates. A symbol that updates is a price. The page can say the desk discusses physical grain with merchants. It cannot say Motus will ship a bushel or book a train.

Grade and crop year come first

The form collects grade, crop year, and the shipment window the writer has in mind. It also asks whether the writer is a merchant, a producer, or someone else. That last question is how the firm knows whether merchants@ was the right door. Do not collect a target price. People will type one if you offer the box, and a typed box on your site looks published.

quality@ should say it is for condition, moisture, or a grade dispute, not for a first offer. A merchant who sends a quality fight to crops@ will still get a reply if the firm forwards it, but the label should have prevented the miss. State the hours a person reads mail during harvest, if the firm has those hours. Motus will not invent a night desk or a pit.

Name the merchant who is writing

The wrong homepage treats every visitor as a faceless buyer. The firm wants the merchant's name and house in the first lines. Put that field above any comment box. A note that says interested in wheat with no crop year and no grade is a weak note, and the page can say so before the person hits send. Asking is not the same as refusing the business. It is how the desk works.

Shipment language stays a question, not a booking. The page may ask for a window and a region the firm already serves. It may not confirm space, name a freight rate, or say the crop has left. Physical movement is the firm's affair if it is the firm's affair. It is not a button this studio adds. merchants@ carries the house-to-house note. crops@ carries the rest. quality@ stays on condition.

Growth fits a crop desk that must ask for grade, crop year, and the merchant's name, and that must not show a board price on the hero.

Motus does not buy or sell a commodity, quote a price, or arrange a physical delivery.

Questions

What replaces a board price on an agricultural crop page?
The hero should ask for grade, crop year, and which merchant is writing. crops@, merchants@, and quality@ replace a settlement number. Motus will not publish a board price or a futures symbol that updates. A symbol that updates is still a price.
Which agricultural inbox should receive a crop year note?
A commercial note with grade, crop year, and a shipment window can go to crops@. A merchant house uses merchants@. A condition dispute uses quality@. The form should ask which role is writing. Motus will not book a train or say the grain has shipped.
Does Motus arrange shipment from an agricultural contact form?
No. Shipment language on the form is a question about a window, not a booking. The page does not confirm space, name a freight rate, or say the crop has left. Physical movement, if it happens, is the firm's affair. Motus only builds the site and the mail.
Who should use merchants@ when writing about a crop?
A merchant house the desk already expects, with the house name in the first lines. A bare note that says interested in wheat, with no grade and no crop year, is a weak note, and the page can say so. crops@ remains the other commercial door. Motus does not invent the merchant.
