A coffee and cocoa site with two front doors.
A coffee seller and a cocoa buyer should not be forced through one quality inbox with no hint which address is which. coffee@ takes the coffee note, including origin and a cupping question. cocoa@ takes the cocoa note. quality@ is for a defect, a sample, or a shipment condition the firm already reviews. Motus will not print a price and will not add a fair-trade badge the firm did not hand us in writing.
Coffee sellers are not cocoa buyers
coffee@ is the front door for a coffee note, including origin and whether a sample is offered. cocoa@ is the front door for cocoa. The page says that in the first screen, in those words, because a shared quality@ inbox hides the split. quality@ still exists, and it is for a defect, a cupping dispute, or a shipment condition. It is not the only door, and it should not look like the only door.
A seller of coffee who is forced into a cocoa form will leave, or will write a note nobody can sort. Show two short forms or one form with a required choice that changes the address. The choice should be visible, not a clever toggle. Name the origins the firm actually discusses, separately for coffee and for cocoa, and only if the firm listed them. Motus will not add an origin to fill a map.
Cupping notes need the right address
A cupping question is a quality question. It goes to quality@ with the origin, the sample identifier the firm uses, and the shipment it relates to if there is one. It does not go to a public comments box. Do not publish cup scores as a leaderboard. A score on a homepage reads as a price and as a claim the studio cannot defend. The firm may discuss a cup in a reply. The page shows where to send the note.
Cocoa quality is not coffee cupping, even if one person at the firm tastes both. The cocoa form should ask for the defect or the specification the firm cares about, not for a coffee score borrowed by habit. Label the fields differently. A visitor who picks the wrong crop should see the other address on the same screen. That one line prevents a week of forwarded mail.
Origin and shipment without a price
Origin is a fact the seller states, not a romance. List origins as names. Do not attach a price, a rank, or a fair-trade badge the firm did not give you in writing. If the firm is certified for something and wants the mark, the firm supplies the artwork and the exact sentence. Motus will not download a seal. A seal we invented would be a false claim on the firm's site.
Shipment condition, when it is the subject, goes to quality@ with the bill identifier the firm uses and a plain description of the problem. The page does not arrange the shipment and does not quote freight. coffee@ and cocoa@ can still receive a commercial note that mentions a future shipment window without turning the site into a forwarder. Say that limit near the forms. People read limits when the limit is next to the button.
Authority fits a coffee and cocoa desk that must show coffee@ and cocoa@ as different addresses, with quality@ reserved for cupping and shipment condition.
Motus does not buy or sell a commodity, quote a price, or arrange a physical delivery.

Questions
- Which address should a coffee seller use on the site?
- coffee@, for a coffee note that includes origin and whether a sample is offered. cocoa@ is the other front door and should not be the coffee form. quality@ is for cupping, a defect, or shipment condition. Motus will not print a price on any of the three.
- Where does a cocoa buyer send an origin question?
- To cocoa@ if the note is commercial, including the origin the firm actually discusses. A cupping or defect question goes to quality@ with the sample identifier. Do not force the cocoa buyer through a coffee-only form. Motus will not add an origin the firm did not list.
- Can the page add a fair-trade badge without the firm?
- No. Motus will not download a seal or invent a fair-trade claim. If the firm is allowed to show a mark, the firm supplies the artwork and the exact sentence. A badge on the header without that file is a false claim. Leave it off.
- What shipment condition belongs with quality@ rather than sales?
- A defect, a sample problem, or a condition on a named shipment, with the bill identifier the firm uses. coffee@ and cocoa@ can still hear about a future window in a commercial note. The page does not arrange the shipment or quote freight. The limit sits next to the button.
