A biofuel site that splits feedstock from certificates.

A feedstock seller and a blender asking about a certificate should not land in one undifferentiated inbox. The seller writes biofuel@ with the feedstock the desk already handles. The blender's certificate question goes to quality@. clients@ is only for a company relationship that already exists. The page can name a blend the firm discusses. It cannot print a price or claim a carbon result Motus did not receive in writing from the firm.

Feedstock mail is not blender mail

The seller of feedstock is offering a material the desk may already buy. That note goes to biofuel@, and the form should ask which feedstock, not what the planet will think of it. The blender writing about a certificate is a second person with a second job to do. Pushing both through clients@ guarantees a slow answer and a mixed thread. Split them on the first screen.

Say which feedstocks the firm actually discusses. A list of three true names is better than a paragraph about waste and the future. If a feedstock is out of scope, write that beside the list. quality@ should not be the place a seller sends a first offer. Label quality@ as the certificate path so the blender can see it without reading the whole page.

Where a certificate question lands

A certificate question needs the document name, the blend it refers to, and the party asking. Those three fields belong on the quality@ form. Do not add a checkbox that says the certificate is valid, because the page cannot decide that and Motus will not. The firm replies in its own name, after a person reads the file. An auto-reply that says received is fine. An auto-reply that says approved is not.

Keep carbon sentences off this desk's homepage unless the firm handed you a sentence it will defend, and even then prefer silence. The angle of the page is the split between seller and blender, not a climate claim. clients@ is for a company relationship that is already underway, such as a blender with a contract the desk already services. It is not a substitute for quality@.

Blend talk without a carbon boast

Name a blend only as a description of what the firm already discusses, for example a percentage the firm itself uses in speech. Do not turn that percentage into a performance claim or a comparison with another fuel. Do not attach a certificate logo you downloaded. If the firm has a right to show a mark, the firm provides the file and the sentence. Motus will not hunt down a mark to decorate the header.

biofuel@ can mention the blend in the commercial thread. quality@ mentions the blend only as it relates to the certificate being asked about. Same word, different job. The footer should repeat both addresses. A blender who arrives from a search for a certificate should see quality@ before seeing a stock photo of a field. The field photo does not answer the question, and it often implies a carbon result you were not given.

Growth fits a biofuel desk that must separate feedstock sellers from blenders, with quality@ marked as the only certificate path on the public site.

Motus does not buy or sell a commodity, quote a price, or arrange a physical delivery.

Questions

Which biofuel inbox receives a certificate question from blenders?
quality@ is the certificate path. The blender should see that label without reading the whole page. biofuel@ is for a feedstock seller's commercial note. clients@ is a relationship already underway. Motus does not decide that a certificate is valid and does not issue one.
How should a biofuel site separate feedstock sellers from blenders?
Give them different addresses on the first screen. Sellers write biofuel@ with the feedstock name. Blenders write quality@ about a certificate and the blend it refers to. A single inbox mixes the threads. The page can name a blend the firm discusses. It cannot print a price.
Can the page claim a carbon result for a blend?
No. Keep carbon boasts off the homepage. A blend can be named as something the firm already discusses, not as a climate result. Motus will not attach a certificate logo it found elsewhere. If the firm has a mark it may show, the firm supplies the file and the sentence.
Who should use clients@ on a biofuel company site?
A company whose relationship is already underway, such as a blender the desk already services, not a first-time feedstock seller and not a first certificate question. Those go to biofuel@ and quality@. Motus connects the mailbox. The firm answers it.
