A renewable site that does not claim the project is built.

The claim that the project is already built, or that the power is already sold, is the sentence the current site gets wrong. A renewable desk can describe the offtake conversation it already has, name interconnection as a topic the parties discuss, and point that note to offtake@ or renewable@. Motus does not issue a certificate, does not build the project, and does not tell a visitor the megawatts are spoken for.

The project is not declared built

If construction is unfinished, the page says the project is under discussion, not that it exists as a plant. If the firm only brokers conversations and does not own the project, say that in the first paragraph. offtake@ is the door for a buyer or seller already talking about an offtake. renewable@ is the commercial door for a new note. clients@ is for a party with a file. None of those doors certifies anything.

Photographs of turbines or panels are allowed only when the firm has the right to show that project and the caption does not say the power is sold. A rendering labeled as a rendering is honest. A rendering labeled as operating is not. Motus will not pull stock photography of a wind farm and caption it with the firm's name. That is how a homepage starts lying.

Offtake words the desk can use

Describe the offtake conversation the desk already has: who tends to write, whether the note is a term sheet or a question, and which inbox should receive it. Do not say the offtake is signed unless the firm gives you that fact in writing and accepts the public risk. Even then, Motus prefers the page say the desk discusses offtake, not that a given project is placed. We do not countersign anything.

A price for power does not belong next to the offtake paragraph. Neither does a certificate serial. The firm may tell a counterparty those things in a private reply. The public page stops at the shape of the conversation and the address. If a visitor came looking for a renewable energy certificate to buy on the spot, the page should disappoint them on purpose. Motus does not issue that paper.

Interconnection stays a question not a claim

Interconnection is a topic the parties discuss, often with a utility or a grid operator the firm does not control. The page can invite a note about interconnection status to offtake@ or renewable@, whichever the firm chooses, and it should say which. It cannot announce that a queue position is secure or that a study is done. Those are facts only the firm should state, and only if true.

Do not draw a one-line diagram that implies Motus engineered the interconnect. A sentence is enough: send interconnection questions to this address, and do not expect a study from the website. clients@ can receive a sponsor who already works with the desk and is not asking for a new offtake. Keep that label dull and exact. Dull labels route mail. Excited labels create the wrong sentence again.

Authority fits a renewable desk whose offtake and interconnection notes need their own doors, and whose homepage must stop claiming the project is built.

Motus does not buy or sell a commodity, quote a price, or arrange a physical delivery.

The package

Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use renewable@, offtake@ and clients@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Questions

What offtake wording can a renewable energy page use?
Describe the offtake conversation the desk already has, and point the note to offtake@ or renewable@ as the firm chooses. Do not say a project is built or that power is sold. Motus does not sign an offtake and does not issue a certificate.
Does Motus certify a renewable project as already built?
No. If construction is unfinished, say the project is under discussion. If the firm does not own it, say that too. A rendering must be labeled as a rendering. Motus will not caption stock turbines with the firm's name or announce that a queue position is secure.
Where should an interconnection question about a project go?
Send it to offtake@ or renewable@, whichever address the page names for interconnection. The page can call interconnection a topic. It cannot announce that a study is done. clients@ is for a sponsor who already works with the desk. Motus did not engineer the interconnect.
Who is clients@ for on a renewable desk website?
A party that already has a file with the desk and is not opening a new offtake. New offtake notes go to offtake@. A first commercial note can use renewable@. Motus does not staff these mailboxes or certify the project behind them.
