A bulk site that sends laycan notes to vessels@.
A laycan note left in the sales inbox is useless to the person who actually watches ships. vessels@ gets the ship window. bulk@ gets the commercial question about the commodity the firm already handles. clients@ is for a company already known to the desk. Ask for stowage facts the firm uses. The site still does not fix the cargo, charter a vessel, or print a price. Motus has no ship.
A laycan note is not a sales lead
The laycan note has dates, a commodity, and stowage facts the firm uses. It does not belong in the sales inbox, where it will be read as a lead and answered late or not at all. vessels@ is the address on the page for that note. bulk@ is the commercial door. clients@ is a known company. Say those three jobs in the first screen, before any paragraph about experience. Experience does not route mail. Labels do.
The vessels@ form asks for laycan, commodity, and stowage, in that order. It does not ask for a freight idea, and it does not confirm a ship. A line under the button says the note does not fix a cargo and does not charter anything. Motus has no vessel and will not pretend to. The firm answers only when that window is already in its book. Silence from the studio is not a failed booking. There was no booking.
Stowage facts go to vessels@
Stowage is a fact set the desk already uses: how the commodity is described for a ship, in the firm's own vocabulary. The page can ask for those facts. It cannot complete them, correct them, or turn them into a plan Motus will execute. Write the field labels in the firm's words. If you do not know the words, ask the firm, and leave the field off until you do. A wrong label collects a useless note.
Name the commodities the firm already handles, as a list, not as a price board. Each name can point to bulk@ for commercial talk and to vessels@ for a laycan. Do not add commodities the firm did not name. A complete-looking board is a lie. clients@ can receive a company that already has a file and is not sending a new window. The label should say that, so a ship note is not parked there over a weekend.
The commodity is named and not fixed
The commodity is named so the right person at the firm opens the mail. Naming it is not fixing a cargo, selling a parcel, or chartering a ship. The page should say those three refusals near the form, in short sentences. Motus does not buy the commodity, sell it, or arrange delivery. The firm may do some of those things itself. The website does not perform them and should not look as if it does.
Laycan language stays on the vessels@ form and out of the hero. A hero that advertises open ships is an offer. There are no open ships on this page. bulk@ can describe the commercial role in a few plain sentences the firm approves, without a rate and without a stem. If the old site has a position list, it comes down. Motus will not restyle a position list. The absence is the point.
Growth fits a bulk desk that routes laycan and stowage notes to vessels@, while bulk@ stays the commercial door and no cargo is fixed on the page.
Motus does not buy or sell a commodity, quote a price, or arrange a physical delivery.

Questions
- Where should a bulk laycan note be sent instead of sales?
- To vessels@, with laycan, the commodity, and stowage facts. bulk@ handles commercial talk and is the wrong box for a ship window. clients@ is a known company, not a new window. The note does not fix a cargo. Motus has no vessel.
- Does the bulk commodity page fix or offer a cargo?
- No. Naming the commodity routes mail. It does not sell a parcel or charter a ship. The page says those refusals near the form. Motus does not buy the commodity, sell it, or arrange delivery. There is no list of open ships.
- What stowage facts belong in a note to vessels@?
- Only the facts the firm already uses, under labels the firm wrote. The page asks for them and does not complete them or turn them into a plan. If the label is unknown, leave the field off until the firm supplies the word. Motus will not execute a stowage plan.
- Can Motus charter a vessel for a bulk commodity client?
- No. Motus has no ship and will not pretend to charter one. A laycan note to vessels@ is a question for the firm, not a fixture. If the old site shows a position list, it comes down. This studio will not restyle that list or quote freight.
