A coal desk site that asks for origin first.
A utility spec sheet with the origin line blank is the object on the buyer's desk, and the website should ask for that origin and for calorific value before it asks for anything else. coal@ can take the commercial note. logistics@ can take the movement question. Neither address is a place where Motus types a price per tonne or invents a mine.
The spec sheet asks for origin
The buyer already has a sheet. The page should mirror the blanks that matter: origin, calorific value, and the utility the volume would serve, if the firm works with utilities. coal@ receives that commercial sheet. Do not ask for a target price in the same form. A blank price field teaches people to type one, and then the firm looks as if it published it. Leave the blank out.
logistics@ is for a movement question after the spec is already in discussion, not for a first hello. Label it that way. A visitor with only a country name and no calorific figure should be told the desk needs both before a person replies in substance. Motus will not supply an origin, a mine, or a typical value. Those facts come from the firm or they stay off the site.
Calorific value without a tonne price
Calorific value is a spec, not a negotiation. Put the unit the firm uses beside the field so a buyer does not invent one. Do not convert it into a price per tonne anywhere on the page, including the footnotes and the frequently asked block. clients@ can hold a relationship that already survived a first spec. It is not a place to hide a number you were unwilling to put on the homepage.
If the firm sells to utilities and also to traders, say both, and say which inbox is which. A utility buyer with a spec sheet is the angle of this page. A trader looking for a posted offer should find a refusal instead. The refusal is short: the desk discusses origin and calorific value with parties it already knows, and Motus does not broker the tonne.
A utility buyer is not a slogan
Lines about keeping plants running, or about the future of coal, do not help the person holding the sheet. Cut them. What helps is the origin field, the calorific field, and a human name or at least a staffed mailbox. coal@ should show hours. logistics@ should show that it is not the first stop. A slogan cannot be forwarded to a plant.
clients@ remains for houses with an existing commercial file, people who do not need the spec form. Say that, so a new utility buyer is not pushed there by accident. No mine photograph should be captioned with a price or with a claim that Motus owns the ground. The firm can mention origins it really discusses. This studio will not pick a country to make the page look busy.
Starter fits a coal desk whose buyers arrive with a spec sheet, because origin and calorific value need a labeled path to coal@ before anyone discusses movement.
Motus does not buy or sell a commodity, quote a price, or arrange a physical delivery.

Questions
- What should a coal page ask a utility buyer?
- Ask for origin and calorific value before anything else, and point the commercial note to coal@. logistics@ is for movement after the spec is already in discussion. Do not ask for a price. Motus will not invent a mine or a typical calorific number.
- Where do origin and calorific notes go for coal?
- The commercial spec goes to coal@. A movement question goes to logistics@ once you label it as not the first stop. clients@ is an existing relationship, not a hiding place for a tonne price. The page collects origin and calorific value. It does not publish a number per tonne.
- Does Motus quote a tonne price on a coal page?
- No. Motus will not type a price per tonne, a typical value, or an origin the firm did not supply. The page can show the fields a utility buyer already has on a spec sheet. The firm replies from coal@ or logistics@ if it chooses. This studio does not broker the tonne.
- Which logistics question belongs away from the coal inbox?
- A movement question that follows an existing spec discussion belongs at logistics@, not in the first commercial hello at coal@. The page should say that so a new utility buyer is not pushed into logistics by accident. Motus does not arrange the movement or price it.
