An emissions site that does not invent an allowance.

When a December question about the compliance year waits behind a marketing lead, the person who needed carbon@ or compliance@ has already lost the week. The page should say which address gets a registry question and which address gets a commercial one. It must not say an allowance exists, must not promise an offset, and must not imply Motus runs a registry or retires anything for a visitor.

December cannot sit in a lead pile

A compliance year question in December is time-sensitive for the firm, even though Motus will not touch the substance. The page should show compliance@ as the door for that timing, and carbon@ as the door for a commercial note that is not a deadline. clients@ is for a company that already has counsel and a relationship. A marketing form with a newsletter box is where December mail goes to die. Remove that as the only path.

State the compliance year the firm wants people to name in the subject line, as a label, not as a claim that anyone is short or long. Do not write that an allowance exists, is retired, or is for sale. Do not promise an offset. The honest public line is that questions about a compliance year go to compliance@ and that this studio does not hold inventory of any kind.

Writing an allowance line with care

If the word allowance appears, it appears as the name of a question the desk can receive, not as a balance. A routing sentence may tell the visitor to ask compliance@ about an allowance question for a named compliance year. A sentence that claims a stock of allowances is out. Motus will not write one. The firm, if it is lawfully active in that market, can describe its own role in words it stands behind. We will not improve those words into a promise.

carbon@ should be labeled commercial so a person with a trading relationship does not clog compliance@ in the last weeks of the year. The two inboxes can forward to each other inside the firm. The public labels still differ. A shared inbox with a rule nobody remembers is how the December note gets lost. Put the labels in the menu, the footer, and the first paragraph. Three times is not too many when the cost of a miss is a missed deadline for the firm.

Registry questions have their own door

A registry question is about an account, a transfer the firm already knows how to discuss, or a name on a record. It is not an invitation for Motus to open an account or to say a credit is real. Send that question to compliance@ unless the firm tells you carbon@ should see registry names. Write the choice down. Do not leave it as a verbal habit.

Do not link the page to a registry login, and do not embed a balance widget. A link out can look like an endorsement that the visitor's tonnes are fine. The page is a website and mail for the desk. clients@ may receive a slower relationship note that mentions a registry only as context. The reply, if any, comes from the firm. Motus will not log in, retire a unit, or promise an offset result.

Growth fits an emissions desk that gets compliance year notes in December at compliance@, not in a marketing pile, and that will not claim an allowance.

Motus does not issue a credit, certify an offset, or promise an emissions result.

Questions

Where should a December carbon compliance question be sent?
Send a compliance year question to compliance@, especially when December is the clock. carbon@ is the commercial door and should not be the only path. clients@ is for a company that already has a relationship. Motus does not say an allowance exists and does not promise an offset.
Does an emissions page say that an allowance exists?
No. Allowance may appear only as the name of a question sent to compliance@ for a named compliance year. The page must not claim a stock, a retirement, or a sale. Motus runs no registry and holds no inventory. The firm describes its own role only in words it will stand behind.
Which address receives a registry question from compliance staff?
compliance@, unless the firm has written down that carbon@ should see registry names. The page should state the choice. Motus will not open a registry account, log in, or retire a unit. A link to a registry login does not belong on the site.
Can Motus promise an offset result on this emissions page?
No. The page does not promise an offset, does not say a credit is real, and does not imply a result for a visitor. It routes a compliance year question and a registry question to the firm's mail. That is the whole job. The substance stays with the firm.
