A carbon project site that routes the diligence list.
A diligence checklist with the methodology line still empty is what the buyer is holding, and the site should say where that list goes. diligence@ receives the pack. projects@ receives a commercial question about a project the firm already represents. clients@ is for a relationship, not a first look. Motus does not develop a project, does not verify a tonne, and does not promise that a credit exists.
The diligence list is the object
The buyer is holding a list: methodology, vintage, location, and the questions counsel already wrote. The site tells that buyer to send the list to diligence@. It does not score the list. projects@ is for a commercial question about a project the firm already represents in public. clients@ is for someone with an existing file. Three doors, and none of them is a verifier's stamp.
Say what the firm wants in the pack: the methodology name, the project name the firm already uses, and the question being asked. Do not ask the visitor to upload proof that a tonne is real, because the page will not check it and should not pretend to. A sentence under the form states that Motus does not verify a tonne and does not develop a project. The firm does its own work, or it does not.
Methodology stays the firm's wording
Methodology names are technical. Use the name the firm spells, and do not paraphrase it into a friendlier claim. If the firm discusses one methodology and not another, the page says so. A buyer comparing methodologies should be sent to diligence@ with the list, not handed a ranking Motus invented. We do not rank projects and we do not rank firms. The page is the firm's own front door.
Avoid a map of project pins unless every pin is a project the firm is actually allowed to mention, and even then do not attach a tonne figure to the pin. A pin with a number reads as a verified volume. The firm may discuss volumes in private. The public site can say the desk receives diligence lists at diligence@ and commercial notes at projects@. That is the whole offer from this studio.
A tonne is not verified here
Write the refusal near the form, not in a footer nobody reads. Motus does not verify a tonne, does not promise a credit, and does not develop a project. The desk, if it represents projects, says so in its own voice and names diligence@ for the pack. A buyer who wants a guarantee should leave unsatisfied. Satisfaction of that kind would be a false sentence.
clients@ should not be the dump for a first diligence pack. Label it as an existing-relationship door. A new buyer with a methodology question who writes clients@ will wait behind older threads. The menu can say, in plain words, new packs go to diligence@. Repeat the methodology field there so the subject line is usable. Motus sets up the mail. The firm reads it and decides what, if anything, it will say about a tonne.
Starter fits a carbon project desk that wants diligence@ and projects@ visible, so a methodology pack is not mailed to a generic sales address.
Motus does not develop a project, verify a tonne, or promise that a credit exists.

Questions
- Where does a carbon project diligence list actually go?
- Send the pack to diligence@. Include the methodology name and the question. projects@ is for a commercial note about a project the firm already represents. clients@ is an existing file, not a first look. Motus does not score the list.
- Does Motus verify a tonne for a carbon project?
- No. Motus does not verify a tonne, does not promise a credit, and does not develop a project. The form should say that beside the button. A pin on a map must not carry a tonne figure. The firm may discuss volumes in private. The public page only routes the pack.
- What methodology wording can the project page safely show?
- The spelling the firm uses, as a name, not as a friendlier claim and not as a ranking. If the firm discusses one methodology and not another, say so. Buyers comparing names should mail the list to diligence@. Motus does not rank projects or firms.
- Who should write projects@ about a commercial carbon question?
- Someone with a commercial question about a project the firm already represents in public, not someone sending a first diligence pack. Packs go to diligence@. clients@ is for an existing relationship. A person at the firm answers, not this studio. Motus will not promise a credit in that thread.
