A CFD site that repeats the client limit and then stops.

Anyone can open a CFD account is the line this homepage has to lose. The firm already knows which clients it may serve, and the site repeats that limit instead of widening it. A contract for difference is not an invitation. Compliance@ states the retail and professional boundary in the firm's words. Dealing@ is for clients already inside that boundary. Support@ fixes access for those same clients. There is no bonus and no result to dangle.

Anyone can open is the wrong line

Strike the sentence and strike the button that acts it out. A bright Open account control, shown to every visitor, is the sentence in disguise. Replace it with the firm's actual gate. If retail clients are out of scope, say retail clients are out of scope. If professional clients are the only group, say that, and say who decides the category. Compliance@ owns the wording. The studio does not loosen it to improve a conversion.

Support@ cannot override the gate because someone cannot log in. A login problem for a person already accepted is support. A login problem for a person never accepted is compliance@. Write both cases under the addresses. Dealing@ does not collect identity documents. The contract for difference stays named as the product the firm already offers where it is permitted to offer it, not as a product this studio sells.

Retail and professional are different doors

Use the firm's categories, not a smoother pair of labels. If the firm says retail and professional, use those words and attach the consequence: which door exists. A professional classification is the firm's decision under its own process. The page does not help a visitor pick the label that seems more useful. Compliance@ can tell a person which queue the firm will consider. It will not say the person qualifies.

Dealing questions from the in-scope group can mention the contract for difference by name and the hours the desk answers. They cannot mention a bonus, a credit for signing, or a result from last month. Support@ can explain a platform screen the client already has. It cannot explain how to pass a categorization test. The forex page and the futures page stay linked only when the firm actually runs them, and each keeps its own limit.

State the clients the firm already serves

One paragraph is enough for the limit. Name the client types in the firm's vocabulary and name the regions only if the firm already publishes them. Then stop. A second paragraph that says exceptions are easy undoes the first. Compliance@ is the exception path, and the page can say exceptions are uncommon without listing a method. Visitors looking for a method are the reason the sentence anyone can open had to go.

Keep dealing@ and support@ behind that paragraph, visually, so they read as services for people already inside. A header that shouts trading and a subhead that whispers eligibility is the old mistake. Put the limit in the header. The studio builds that order on purpose. No return, no bonus, and no claim that a contract for difference suits a person who has not been accepted.

Growth fits a CFD desk that must lead with the retail and professional limit, then show dealing@, compliance@, and support@ behind it.

A contract for difference is not a Motus product. We do not promise a return, a bonus, or the right to offer that contract in any country.

Questions

Why is anyone can open the wrong line on a CFD site?
Because the firm already has a limit, and an open button shown to every visitor erases it. Compliance@ states the retail and professional boundary. The page repeats that boundary in the header. This studio will not loosen the wording to make the form look busier.
Which CFD clients is the firm already prepared to mention?
Only the groups in the firm's own policy, named with the firm's words. If professional clients are in and retail clients are out, the page says that. Compliance@ tells a person which queue will be considered. It does not say the person qualifies.
Where does a retail CFD question go when retail is out of scope?
It goes to the sentence that says retail is out of scope, and then it stops. Support@ does not open a back door for a login that was never granted. Dealing@ stays with clients already inside the boundary. A contract for difference is not a general invitation.
What bonus language has to stay off a CFD homepage entirely?
All of it. No signup credit, no reward, and no past result offered as a reason to apply. Support@ may explain a screen for a client who already has access. It may not explain how to pass a categorization test or how to collect a bonus that does not exist here.
