A forex site that pairs the currency with the jurisdiction limit.
A currency pair beside a country name is the whole arrival. The visitor wants to know if this desk deals that pair and whether people in that jurisdiction are even in scope. The site must not answer the second question with a yes. Compliance@ holds the eligibility limit. Dealing@ holds pair questions from clients the firm already serves. Accounts@ holds paperwork for people the firm has decided it may onboard. Motus is not the dealer.
A currency pair and a country name
Name the pairs the desk already works, or name the categories, and stop. A visitor who arrives with a pair the firm does not touch should see that before the form. Dealing@ is for a client the firm already knows. A stranger typing a pair into a public box is not a client yet. Compliance@ decides scope. The page repeats the firm's limit and does not widen it with a friendly adjective.
Country names on the arrival do not become a badge. The site must not say that residents of a named jurisdiction can open an account. If the firm publishes a list of places it will not serve, that list can go up in the firm's words, dated. If it does not publish a list, the page says eligibility is a compliance@ question and not a homepage promise. Either choice is honest. A map colored green is not.
Onboarding is not a jurisdiction promise
Onboard is a verb with a gate in front of it. Accounts@ receives documents only after compliance@ has said the person may proceed, or the page should not imply otherwise. Describe the papers the firm asks for, without turning the list into a guide for getting around a rule. Say how long a review usually sits. Do not say approved. Do not say the jurisdiction is open because a neighbor was.
Dealing@ does not onboard. A pair question from someone the firm has not accepted goes back to compliance@ even if the sender used the dealing address. Write that bounce on the site so it is not a surprise. The forex page is not the prime page and not the CFD page. Link them if the firm runs those desks. Do not let one form enroll a person into all three.
Dealing mail stays out of compliance work
Dealing@ can talk about how an existing client reaches the desk, the hours, and which pairs are already on the firm's list. It does not publish a spread, a pip target, or a sample trade. Those numbers move, and a homepage that freezes them becomes a promise. Compliance@ owns the question of whether a new country is in scope. The two mailboxes can sit side by side. Their jobs cannot.
Accounts@ sends the packet and receives it back. It does not judge the jurisdiction. Put that sentence under the accounts address so a hopeful applicant does not treat a document list as a yes. If the firm refuses an entire region, compliance@ is where that sentence lives, copied onto the page in the firm's wording. The studio will not add countries to make the map look busy.
Growth fits a forex desk that must show dealing@, accounts@, and compliance@ as separate jobs, with a jurisdiction limit and no spread on the page.
Motus is not a forex dealer. We do not quote a spread, promise a result, or claim the firm can onboard a client in a given jurisdiction.

Questions
- Can a forex homepage say a country is allowed to onboard?
- No. A currency pair plus a country is not an approval. Compliance@ holds the jurisdiction limit. Accounts@ takes papers only after the firm has decided it may onboard that person. The page repeats the limit and does not paint a country green.
- Where does a forex currency pair question from an existing client go?
- Dealing@ takes it. That box is not a public quote screen and it does not belong to a stranger. A spread, a pip target, or a sample trade stays off the page because those figures would freeze into a promise. New-country scope goes to compliance@.
- Who at a forex desk is allowed to speak about jurisdiction?
- Compliance@ speaks to the limit, in the firm's words. The page may show a refusal list the firm already uses, dated. It may not invent regions. Dealing@ and accounts@ do not widen the map because a visitor asked nicely in the form.
- What market figure must a forex site keep off the first screen?
- Spreads, pip targets, and sample results. Motus is not the dealer and will not print those. The visible facts are the pairs or categories the desk already works, the three inboxes, and the statement that onboarding waits on compliance@.
