Home / Desks / Insurance / Captive insurance

A captive page can discuss feasibility, not a discount.

A captive is legal and cheaper is the pitch this page should stop making to strangers. The desk can offer a feasibility conversation and nothing that sounds like a finished result. It can ask which domicile the board is already considering and who on the board should receive the mail. Motus does not form an insurer and does not opine that a captive is lawful. feasibility@ takes the study request, and boards@ takes board-level mail.

Cheaper and legal is the wrong pitch

Remove every sentence that says a captive will cost less, will be approved, or is legal for the person reading the page. Nobody knows that from a homepage, and Motus will not pretend to know it. Replace the pitch with an offer to hold a feasibility conversation, which is a conversation and not a formation. The firm does the talking, under whatever authority it already has, and the page does not upgrade that authority.

Do not quote a savings figure, a reduced premium, or a tax result anywhere on the screen. Tax talk does not belong on this desk's public page. A domicile name dropped as a magic word is the same mistake wearing a different costume. Ask which domicile the board is already considering, and do not pick one, rank one, or praise one for them.

Feasibility mail is not a formation button

feasibility@ receives the request for a study: a short description the prospect will give, and the question they actually have. The automatic note should say a person will respond, and that no insurer has been formed by the act of sending mail. Motus does not form an insurer. A button that says to start a captive would be a false product, so it does not get designed, even as a draft.

The firm may describe the feasibility work it actually performs, in plain words, without a guaranteed outcome at the end. We will not add steps that read like an incorporation guide or a licensing checklist. Formation steps, licensing steps, and regulatory filings are not instructions this studio will write. The page stops at the conversation, the mailbox, and the refusal.

Board mail and domicile stay questions

boards@ is for a director who needs a board-level path, separate from a staffer who is only gathering documents for the study. Ask which domicile is already on the board's list, and ask who else should be copied. Do not rank domiciles on a chart. Do not call one jurisdiction safe, fast, or friendly, and do not imply Motus sits in any of them.

Links to reinsurance or to a London-market page can exist for a reader who thought a captive was a slip or a treaty. One sentence should mark the difference. A captive conversation is not a household policy and not a placed slip. A commercial link belongs there too, for a company that only needed an ordinary desk and wandered into the wrong headline.

Authority fits a captive desk that must explain feasibility@ and boards@ without a button that pretends to form an insurer. Growth fits when the refusal is short and three addresses are the whole public job.

Motus does not form an insurer or give an opinion that a captive is lawful.

Questions

Why should a captive insurance page stop calling a captive cheaper?
A savings claim is a number the homepage does not know, and a legality claim is an opinion Motus will not give. The desk can offer a feasibility conversation instead of either claim. Motus does not form an insurer. captives@ can point a general question at the right door without promising a discount.
Where does a board send domicile questions on a captive insurance desk?
Board-level mail goes to boards@, including which domicile is already being considered and who should be copied on the reply. The site does not rank domiciles or call any of them safe, fast, or friendly. feasibility@ is the study request, not a formation button. No insurer is created by sending that mail.
Does a captive insurance feasibility request create an insurer?
No. The request is a conversation, and the note that goes back should say no insurer has been formed. Motus does not form an insurer and will not publish an incorporation guide or a licensing checklist. Those steps stay off this website. The firm may describe only the feasibility work it already does.
Can Motus call a captive insurance idea lawful for this visitor?
No. Lawful, approved, and cheaper are three words this page should not pin on a stranger. The firm may describe its feasibility work without a guaranteed outcome. Tax results stay off the page as well. boards@ and feasibility@ collect questions, and captives@ only directs a sender who is lost.
