A London slip and a local claim need two addresses.
During London hours, a slip arrives in a local personal inbox while yesterday's claim still has no proper address. The slip needed slips@. The claim needed claims@. A coverholder question needed coverholders@ and was probably sitting in that same undifferentiated pile. Motus is not a Lloyd's broker and does not place the slip. The page's work is to make the three addresses obvious before the clock becomes an excuse.
London hours are not a placement promise
Put slips@, claims@, and coverholders@ in one block a hurried person can use without knowing the firm's nickname for each job. A slip during London hours should not depend on someone local being awake to forward a personal mailbox. The address itself is the route. Say that the firm reads slips@ on the hours the firm actually keeps, not on a fantasy that the website is sitting in a London room.
Do not promise placement because a clock says a market city is open. Motus is not a Lloyd's broker and does not place the slip. The page can invite the firm, if the firm truly has standing of its own, to describe that standing in the firm's words. We will not invent a market status, a registration number, or a room for this studio.
Syndicate notes and coverholder mail differ
If the firm needs syndicate details on a slip, say which details its own process asks for, and send them with the slip to slips@. Do not publish a roster of syndicates as if Motus held relationships with them. coverholders@ is for coverholder questions and reports from people who already have that relationship with the firm. A coverholder is not a retail shopper, and the label on the address should say so before the form.
A visitor who needs an ordinary policy should be pointed toward the wholesale or commercial page, not handed something that looks like a ready slip. Motus will not provide a slip layout that appears ready to place. A blank the firm already uses can be linked only when the firm owns it and accepts that visitors will see a blank. We will not fill that blank in.
Local claim hours stay on claims@
A claim that arrives on a local afternoon should find claims@ printed large enough to use without placing an international call first. Ask for the date, the reference the sender already has, and a phone that is answered. Do not tell them the claim is agreed, reserved at a figure, or paid. The firm has its own process for those words, and the website is not a substitute for that process.
A reinsurance link helps a cedent who arrived here expecting a treaty door. One sentence can distinguish a slip conversation from a treaty conversation without a seminar. Do not merge the two forms into a single upload to save a designer time. Placement remains something this studio does not do, whether the hour is local or London.
Authority fits a firm that already handles slips and must show slips@, claims@, and coverholders@ as different jobs. Growth fits when those three labels are the entire public need.

Questions
- Where should a Lloyds slip be sent while London is open?
- Send the slip to slips@ so it does not wait inside a local personal inbox for someone to wake up and forward it. State, on the page, the hours the firm actually reads that box. Motus is not a Lloyd's broker and does not place the slip. An open market city on a clock is not authority.
- Which Lloyds mailbox should a coverholder use instead of the slip box?
- Coverholders use coverholders@ for their questions and their reports. slips@ is the slip itself, and claims@ is a loss notice with a date and a reference. A coverholder is not a retail shopper who found the site by accident. Motus will not hand anyone a slip that looks ready to place.
- Why do syndicate details belong only inside a Lloyds slip note?
- Syndicate details, if the firm asks for them at all, ride with the slip to slips@ as part of the firm's own process. Motus will not publish a syndicate roster or pretend this studio has those relationships. We will not invent a market number for the page. The firm describes its own standing, or the page stays silent on standing.
- Can Motus place a Lloyds slip because the London hour has started?
- No. The clock is not authority, and Motus does not place the slip. If the firm has standing of its own, the firm describes that standing in its own words. The website only keeps the slip, the claim, and the coverholder mail in separate addresses. A receipt of a file is not placement.
