A forwarder does not make this cargo page a binder.

The cargo is insured because a forwarder exists is the false line this page has to drop. This is the cover desk, not the freight desk. A bill of lading and the voyage are what the form asks for, and a damage photo does not belong in the booking pile. Motus will not issue a binder and will not book the freight. shippers@ takes the papers, cargo@ a question, and claims@ the loss.

A forwarder on the job is not a binder

Delete any sentence that treats a freight forwarder, a booking, or even a bill of lading as proof that cover already exists. The cover conversation starts when shippers@ has the bill of lading, the voyage, and a cargo description the shipper can actually give. cargo@ answers a sender who does not yet have those papers in hand. Neither address books a container, a truck, or a vessel.

Say on the first screen that this page is not the freight desk. If the firm also arranges freight, that work is a different path, clearly marked, and it still does not create a binder. Motus will not blur the two jobs to make one company look larger than it is. Visitors who need a truck should not be told, by layout or by adjective, that they have bought cover.

Bills of lading and the voyage facts

Ask for the bill of lading identifier if one exists, the places the shipper will name, and the dates they actually know. Call that bundle the voyage so a clerk recognizes what to attach without a tutorial. Do not ask for a customs strategy or a way around a filing. The page collects documents a cover desk uses, and it gives no shipping advice and no routing advice.

If the firm asks for a declared value, that field is the firm's field, written the way the firm writes it. Motus will not suggest a number to declare. A sample value is a cousin of a sample price, and both stay off the hero. Hull and aviation links are other desks for readers who do not have cargo sitting in a box, a hold, or a trailer.

Cargo claims stay out of the voyage pile

claims@ receives damage photos, the bill of lading, and the date the shipper noticed the problem. That mail should not sit at shippers@ behind next week's voyage and a stack of new bookings. Say the split with the words claim and voyage so the difference is obvious on a phone screen. Do not promise the cargo will be paid for, replaced, or released from anywhere.

A commercial certificate for a landlord is a different document from a cargo claim, and the forms should not look like twins. Link the commercial desk when the visitor is a contract holder who is simply lost. Keep the uploads apart. No binder language sits under the claim address, under the voyage address, or in the automatic reply.

Growth fits a cargo cover desk that must keep shippers@ voyage files away from claims@ damage photos. Starter fits when cargo@ is staffed and the page still says this is not freight booking.

Motus is not an insurance producer. We do not quote a premium, bind coverage, or say anyone is covered.

The package

Questions

Does a forwarder mean marine cargo insurance is already in place?
No. That sentence is the false line this page exists to remove. Cover talk starts when shippers@ has the bill of lading and the voyage facts the shipper can give. Motus will not issue a binder because a forwarder is involved. This page also does not book the freight.
Where do shippers send a bill of lading for cargo insurance?
Send the bill of lading, the voyage dates they know, and the cargo description to shippers@. cargo@ is for a question that does not yet have those papers. The page does not book a container or a truck. A declared value, if the firm asks for one, is the firm's field and not a number we suggest.
Which cargo insurance mailbox should receive damage photos?
claims@ gets the photos, the bill of lading, and the date the problem was noticed. Do not leave them in the voyage pile at shippers@. The page does not promise payment, replacement, or release. cargo@ remains the address for a sender who has a question and no loss file.
Can Motus bind marine cargo insurance before a vessel sails?
No. Departure timing does not create cover, and this studio issues no binder for a shipment. The firm handles the cover conversation under its own authority after it has the papers. The website collects the voyage facts at shippers@ and stops. Booking the freight is a different job and not this page.
