A pilot record after the flight must reach the hull desk.

After the flight, a pilot record sent to a personal address never reaches hull@ or aviation@. The airframe details and the hangar question were inside that same note, and now they are hard to find. The page has to name the address before departure, not after someone is scrolling through texts. Motus will not say the aircraft is covered and will not offer an airworthiness opinion. claims@ is for a loss, not for the pilot record.

Pilot records need a named door

Print hull@ and aviation@ where a pilot will see them before departure, not inside a manual nobody opens on the ramp. The pilot record and the airframe they just flew go to hull@ when the note is about the person and the machine together. aviation@ is for a question that has no record attached at all. A personal text to someone at the firm is not a process the website should invite.

Say which mailbox wants the log excerpt or certificate the firm actually asks to see, and let the firm name that document. Motus will not decide whether the pilot is qualified. Motus will not comment on airworthiness. Those opinions are not a web form, and they are not a sentence under a photograph of a jet.

Airframe and hangar are intake facts

Ask for the airframe identity the owner already uses and for where the aircraft is kept, the hangar or the tie-down they will name in their own words. Those facts, plus the pilot record, start a conversation. They are not a quote and not a rate per hour. Do not pin the hangar on a map of a city this studio does not occupy, and do not invent a field or a ramp to make the card look local.

If the firm only writes certain uses, such as instruction or a private owner, the firm says those uses and no others. We will not add airline, drone, or specialty words to look complete. Uses the firm does not place come off the page before it launches. A photograph of an aircraft is not a list of uses and should not be captioned as if it were.

Losses after landing use claims mail

A loss, a ground incident, or a hangar damage note goes to claims@ with the date and the airframe identity. It should not be appended to yesterday's pilot record inside a personal inbox. The page says that split in short lines a person can use on a phone. It does not say the aircraft is covered, and it does not describe a repair as approved by anyone.

Hull questions and cargo questions are easy to confuse for a reader who has both an aircraft and a shipment moving the same week. Link the cargo desk as the other page, and link vessel hull only for a reader who meant a boat. The words aircraft and vessel should not share one form. No airworthiness sentence belongs under aviation@, hull@, or claims@.

Growth fits an aviation desk that must catch pilot records at hull@ instead of a personal phone after the flight. Starter fits when aviation@ is answered quickly and claims@ stays a separate label.

Motus is not an insurance producer. We do not quote a premium, bind coverage, or say anyone is covered.

The package

Starter is $274, Growth is $597, and Authority is $1,197. Each price is one time. Year-1 hosting is included, then hosting is $150 a year. There is no monthly website retainer. Company email on your domain can use aviation@, hull@ and claims@. A mailbox-provider seat fee and a registrar's domain fee are quoted before they start. We do not provide the licensed service.

Questions

Where should a pilot record go after a flight for aviation insurance?
Send the pilot record and the airframe identity to hull@, not to a personal text message. aviation@ is for a question that has no file attached. Motus will not judge the pilot's qualification or the aircraft's airworthiness. The page names those limits next to the addresses.
What hangar facts does an aviation insurance form actually need?
It needs where the aircraft is kept, in the owner's words, plus the airframe identity they already use. That pair is intake for the desk, not a rate and not a map pin. The page will not show a price per hour or place this studio in a city. Uses the firm does not write stay off the form.
Which aviation insurance address receives a hangar damage note?
claims@ receives the date, the airframe identity, and the damage note from the hangar or the ramp. Do not attach that note to an old pilot-record thread and hope someone notices. The site does not say the aircraft is covered and does not call a repair approved. hull@ remains the door for the pilot record itself.
Will Motus give an airworthiness opinion on an aviation insurance page?
No. Airworthiness is not a website opinion, and Motus will not write one. The page names hull@, aviation@, and claims@ and says what each one is for. Qualification and cover decisions stay with the firm and with the people who already hold that work. A jet photograph is not an opinion.
