A Sunday pet photo needs a mailbox that is read.

On a Sunday, a claim photo of an injured animal lands in a general inbox and waits. The owner needed claims@, and the page never said so. It also never said that preexisting conditions are the insurer's question, not a promise printed at the top. Species, age, and the waiting period belong on the quote path before anyone talks about a vet bill. Motus will not promise that bill gets paid.

Sunday photos need claims@ already printed

Write the claims address where an owner can find it without a menu hunt. claims@ takes the photo, the clinic name, and the date, including on a Sunday when quotes@ is the wrong door. Say whether a person reads weekend mail or only the next weekday, in the firm's real practice. Do not say the vet will be paid because the photo arrived in the box.

A quote thread and a claim thread bury each other if they share one unlabeled address. Use pet@ for a species question or a new conversation, quotes@ for the application facts, and claims@ for the injury. Three lines in the contact block are enough to prevent the mix. A single public address is how the Sunday photo disappears until Monday afternoon.

Species and preexisting are intake facts

The form should ask the species and the age the owner actually knows, not a breed quiz that ends in a price. Dog, cat, or another species the firm truly places: say which, and omit the ones the firm does not touch. Preexisting conditions are the insurer's question. The page can tell the owner to expect that question and cannot answer it with a yes or no about an old illness.

Do not describe symptoms or tell an owner whether a limp, a lump, or a long illness counts as preexisting. That is a veterinary question and a coverage question, and Motus will take neither. The owner can state the animal's history on the firm's own application, sent to quotes@, using the firm's form. We will not design a medical checklist for the homepage.

The waiting period is the insurer's rule

Owners ask if a waiting period is already over. The page should say the wait, if the contract has one, is the insurer's rule and the desk will read the dates on the form. Do not print a number of days as if Motus had looked it up in a chart. Do not say the wait has ended because the owner is frightened tonight.

quotes@ receives the start-date question along with species and age. claims@ receives the photo even if the owner also asks about the wait in the same breath. Tell them to use claims@ for the photo anyway, and to put the date question in that message if they must. Travel and health links, if shown, are other desks, not a hint that a pet bill works like a human plan.

Growth fits a pet desk that needs claims@ visible on a Sunday and quotes@ for species and waiting-period questions. Starter fits when one reader still honors the three labels.

Motus is not an insurance producer. We do not quote a premium, bind coverage, or say anyone is covered.

The package

Questions

Where should a Sunday pet insurance photo be sent?
Send the photo, the clinic name, and the date to claims@, even on a Sunday. quotes@ is the wrong door for an injury picture. The page does not promise the vet bill gets paid. Say on the site whether weekend mail is read the same day or the next weekday the firm actually works.
Does a pet insurance page itself decide preexisting conditions?
No. Preexisting conditions are the insurer's question, and the site should say that before the owner writes a medical story. Motus will not say whether an older illness counts. Application facts, including species and age, go to quotes@ on the firm's own form.
Who states the pet insurance waiting period on the website?
The insurer's rule controls the wait, and the desk reads the dates the owner sends with the form. Motus will not print a number of days or announce that the wait is over. Ask the date question at quotes@ and send injury photos to claims@ even if both worries arrive together.
Can Motus tell a pet insurance owner the species is eligible?
No. The firm lists the species it already places, and it leaves the others off the page. Eligibility is the desk's conversation with its market, not a breed quiz result. The website asks the species and stops. A price does not appear next to the animal's name.
